If you add guidance to the dagger and if it helps you hit an extra 2 times out of 100, then that is a 2% increase in damage roughly. Maybe against certain mobs or certain opponents in pvp it can make a difference, but I am doubtful you will notice the difference. Crit might be good for oly since you will not be fully buffed.

accuracy doesn't affect the land rate of stabs so i don't see why you'll ever need it...

get focus for the crit. you'll need it when you take wizard's harmony to fight against mages, etc.
