Game Surveillance Unit is the name of equip responsible for checking bot reports.
I send lots of petitions to this unit with bot reports, bot movies, "livebotcam", etc.
The result:

Spend some effort playing l2 instead of criticizing.
I don't know who you are, that means you have not done anything relevant in game.
If anyone remembers anything about L2 in the future it will be the players who had the most impact in pvp / siege, not some random who burnt himself out stalking people he thought were botting and screaming at the staff.
If you think you can do better than the staff go send in a resume.
I think they are doing their job as best they can with the tools and guidelines they have.
As with any policing organization they have limitations to work within and it is impossible for them to rid the world of all the bad guys... just look at the news or read about your local situation.

These area's are just a example where there is no room for Legit Players. Places like this are full of RMT and automated parties farming Adena protected by 99 Lvls from High-end Clans. I lolled at places what faces showed up QQ'ing not to kill their bots. Sometimes Hero's. At 1 point people don't mind them using automated programs, because all this competition is killing the Adena prices overall. So win-win for both Legit and non-Legit players. SO what to do? Deal with them? Or let them? So in the end Adena has no value anymore in-game and maybe they quit farming? No clue. NCsoft own mistake letting them in the first place. /care NCoins is all they want to see. Very good strategy for short-term. What about long-term? /L2 dead.

Day after day I see improvements in L2Store.

relax colorado, i open a investigation agains lMaximus, other guyz did the same, and the Surveillance Unit banned that guy, some others that i report got banned too.
