Just use the search function.. Lots of similar threads.. Also lots of opinions on this matter and it also depends on how much adena you have to spend and what level you are.
Dyes +5 str, Weapon really comes down to preference really..

He didn't sugest anything himself, he's not undecided, he just wants to know the best like the typical sheep phenomenom newbies take.
"why to do that and this!!"
He has no idea why people choose this or that, clearly shows he hasn't sought any source of information to begin with, because there's over 10 threads talking about why you should take a certain weapon, dye, armor, even i posted why i take the route i did on my Tyrr.

Ok let me inform u then i have read many threads and i have see many opinions! but non of them make me feel that i have good opinion abut how to set up my char! + some peapole sey in the new update that when u put Haste on the weapon u get reuse on skills!! and if u want to know i have dual SA on my duals and they are +4 300 Atr my armor is +4 all normal 3x120 i dont have legendary days+5 +1 and im lvl 92! but is alweys to get some good ideas abut what is good for ur char! and i alweys like to hear the opinion from other players! so if i have made somthing wrong to fix it! like the atr on the armor or the weapon or the SA on weapons! :)
Well 92level is pretty high if you not botting. Also by that level you should already know yourself what is good :).
Apo stormer+dmg up+4(if you like risk) attr is up to you,I would go for holy or fire,but that's just my opinion. This one would be for pve,another weapons dual apo+haste+healt+4(if you like risk - not bad bonus) ofc I don't know what you like more,but I always was gladi style so I stick to duals. And those for raids-pvp. Attribute again of your opinion,twilight heavy set+3 3x120attr if you wanna rock in pvp/pve also armor +4 because of quite nice bonus,if you have very much adena you can go for+6 set. Dyes ofc+5str legendary,but they are expensive like hell,so for start you can go without dyes or try to get at least +9str -3dex. Well it's nothing more to say just spend adenas carefully and buy only necessary things,if you like pvp(like me^^) you can get R shirt+cp bonus also R-belt top+pvp att/def.
