Yesterday my party went altar and Miales and Isadora raids dropped 1 ear and 1 uni specter stormer.We saw that on system message,party was finders,1 person did pikup but we saw yellow letters message only for piking the ear,we couldnt see the weapon on the ground,no message for piking it.I sent a ticket to customers help asking to find out what happened and asking ncwest to give us the weapon(since on system message there was message Isadora dropped uni spect...),but the gm replied to me they will investigate what caused this but their policy is not to give items to players.
I want your opinion about this,are we the players eligible of asking the drops mobs/raids drop or not?This time was a not so expensive item,next time it can be an epic that we will see message that droped but will dissapear from ground and wont be found in players invetory.Shouldnt ncwest fix their bugs and give to players what they earned in game?

If they were a legitimate company in the american economy, maybe they would, but they aren't.
I had this on zaken, more items from system messagedrop than the ones on yellow message.
BUT! When i restarted the items re-apeared on my iventory.
we had a mix of this (zaken cloak dropped but not in yellow),
and someone picked up a Vorpal ring that wasn't in yellow for anyone else, and no mention of it being dropped.
Today i saw the weapon inside my invetory,i didnt do pikup or had yellow message.
Still,i find this policy of ncwest not correct at all,in the old days they used to give back whatever item players were claiming they lost from some scam,now they dont give back item that droped from their own ingame raid and dissapeared from screen?Should be their job to find out what mechanism is broken and things like that happened and ofc give item back if its lost.

The Vorpal jewelry is a special drop from Zaken, randomly distributed to 1-2 party members. It doesn't appear as a drop, it's more like a "quest item" kind of drop.

A similar thing happened to me on Monday during an instance. A drop was seen on system text from all party members but none picked it up (no yellow text). I sent a ticket and the response I got from NC Support was it was a system text glich and the item was never actually dropped (that is why nobody picked it up). Same thing happened to me again long time ago (before GoD) in an instance where a BEAS disappeared.
There is certainly something wrong with drop/pick up mechanisms in instances and NC should try and fix it.

The Vorpal Jewels ya get in Zaken are for beating Zaken in under 15 mins...they will not appear in the droplist or in yellow...they go directly into your inventory...hope it helps :)

In our case,we saw weapon and ear not only on system message but in the ground too,but only the ear went into player's invetory who did the pikup(finders party) so Ncwest couldnt claim system text glich.Also,next day the weapon was inside my invetory but i didnt do pikup.
I had somthing like this in gog lower with a tw helmet we saw on ground but when one of us piked up(party loot random),noone could find it in his invetory and no yellow system message.I havent asked Ncwest to find the item and give it to us back then because i had also 1-2 random guys in party that might had not good organised invetorys and simply couldnt notice that helmet was there, but this time i was 100% sure.
I believe if Nc policy ''we investigate but we dont give item to players'' remains,game in the near future can become a game only nc coints buyers will care to play,players know that raids and mobs do drop items with low propability,if this propability becomes even lower because of ''gliches'',what is left to grind for.
