First impressions with the GD class changes

So what are your 1st impressions from the new class changes and skills.

For my Yul:
Few days ago i was devastated and was w8ing for the Wednesday, when all the archers seemed to be doomed to a certain nerf, but after re-learning the new sub skills and entering the CoC few times, i was just astounded of the new gameplay. No more reflecting 10k+ dmg, no more endless chaining and kicking around the arena. Maaaan this is like a dream come true... :) I'm especially thankfull for the new skill-evasion rates. And the healers, eeeh the healers. Love the new "wear-a-heavy-armor-and-die-from-2-skills" system :D
Their increased AOE range is annoying i addmit, but more important now ppl actually have a chance against a healer.

The only really irrotating thing for me are the iss enchanters. Their new sword/blunt mastery is a bit of overkill with the BR, but it's not such a big problem.

In essence, GD , at first, seems to be actually a REALLY good expansion.
I don't have so much time to tests things myself, and I am willing to learn more about any class. If you want to develop, feel free :D

Any recomendations about new certificate skills for Yul ??
Well it's not such a big secret that i don't have to share, but for my sub skills i've chosen 4th lvl Evasion, 4th lvl P.atk, 2nd lvl Atk. Speed and 2nd lvl Crit rate and have to tell you i went rather well. For why i've chosen them, well many reasons but in essence they suit my needs and playstyle perfect. I've focused my Yul for oly and there Evasion and who atack first matters most ;)
i took attack, def, and critical

I dont know what are you talking about. We have the same stats in heavy before and after glory days. Maybe do you fight with bad geared ones? Or maybe archers are more op with this update :).

Anyway, I can't complain about glory days. Finally I'm able to solo!
/autoattack after skills nerfs the archers, sure!

Im a summoner and i thot all those summoners were being whiny with the reduction of pets, but this is even funnier!

what kind of healer u found? cos dear, in heavy set i've 5.2k p.def, a tank in seraph have 5.5k (more or less, cant remember). so 1 shot in heavy? dreams on
I am happy and aroused by the update, thanks NCWest!
i love my tank even more now and the ISS sub rocks too.
only thing i would like to criticize would be that it said they want to shorten reuse timer from king of beasts to 30 seconds and its still on 10min. i would still love to see that happen.
I really like the updated Aeore skills (range for nukes and mark of lumi) and it seems to me, the Unison of Light summon got a lot stronger too :O (Had 12k P.Atk with Iss buffs + Warrior on it for a lv 86 Aeore) so I was able to get a good score in Nursery (bit over 2000) at first try :) Solo Kartia also seemed easier than before with Aeore (stronger AoE nukes/stronger NPC allies) with the exception of that new special mob which gives you the Boiled Blood buff (that Aeore don't really need ><) and which takes "forever" to kill, 'cause NPCs don't assist you on that one ><
But overall I think it's really a nice update for Aeore solo gameplay :)
So what are your 1st impressions from the new class changes and skills.

I got nerfed for a weapon I don't use. And my other two changes were implemented already. On the other hand, just about every other class got boosted. So my first impression is awesome!

What nerf were you refering to? There was no mention of it ever. Archers are even more OP than they were two days ago.

Seriously... what on earth are you talking about?

Vitality is now consumed 10 times faster.
Kartia bosses now give half the exp.
You can no longer see HP bars on other people or mobs with the option.
PKing has been basically removed from the game.
Most clans are afraid to war and have even more incentive not to leave town making the fields more empty and the game look even more dead.
There are more large bugs and glitches everywhere.

To top it off... the only thing that got a major overhaul, the NCstore, looks so pretty and wonderful and much harder to navigate through now to find things not to mention it has associated bugs as well.

Yes this is a really good expansion! I just love it! ^^

Kartia bosses now give half the exp. really? I don't see it
You can no longer see HP bars on other people or mobs with the option. yes it's a known bugg.
PKing has been basically removed from the game. goign to get worst in lindivor~

There are more large bugs and glitches everywhere. ofc there are, new patch just lunched...

well I don't agree with what u say.
The nerf to push back is annoying on my Aeore. But all the other changes are really good, 3s recast on mass dark veil <3! I don't like them removing the 3% reuse/consumption, but it seems like they tied it into skills or something, I don't see any difference with out it.

The old matsumoto right?

Notice that healers heal much faster now as well. Healers should have nothing to complain about this update except still being 2-3 shotted by level 99 archers while in heavy armor, but every other class that isn't a sigel knight has that problem as well.

And trust me the nerf to push back is much less annoying that fighting a healer 1v1 before glory days whom spammed the hell out of that thing.

Also they didn't tie the reuse/consumption into anything.. its just gone. The other subclass skills are better now though.
Ok, i see some people haven't noticed the changes to the heavy armor on healers, so will explain it simpler. Before GD, in oly and CoC, if the healer wore a heavy armor i couldn't land on him more then 8k dmg, no matter what i did (talking about healers 95+ with Seraph heavy 3x120). Now with the same equip as before there is no problem in landing 20-30k crits when he wears heavy and the normal atk dmg also is as it's supposed to be. Same thing when i change to tyrr, the dmg is definately more then before :)

From ur signature i guess you don't have the chance to get dual skills.

If you get 27% Skill Power, you don't really need sub p.atk.

Again, we have the same stats before and after glory days (in heavy armor, light and robe are other things), and the stats dont lie ;). If you notice more damage in tyrrs also, it can be that your damage got boosted. But keep in mind that perhaps you are comparing ppl with wizards and warrior harmony (an average of 3k - 3.5k, you still die with few hits against archers 95+) against ppl with knight harmony (5.5k - 6k pdef, Here's when ppl say that healers are op cause they dont die in 3 hits XD, but we lose a huge amount of m.attack, so, it's not good idea to use it in ceremony, especially without sonatas).

Anyway, CoC is not a place to test things. Call a healer in your friendlist and test in the colliseum, with both knight and wizard harmony.

Chapter 3 update..it was never stated they would put this on glory days. The same is for infinity strike and sonic star and unleash hell and mass unleash hell.

Already done. We tested the dmg the night right before GD and then again last night. The result is at least 50% more dmg after GD. I'm telling you before GD i couldn't land more then 8k dmg on healer with heavy and knight harm. Now w/o problem with the same buffs and gear 20k+. The interesting thing is, now when he is in Light armor the dmg is lower then before. Before GD he put Seraph heavy +3 3x120 and i coould kill him with 1 Critical on pinpoint shot + Minds Eye and Bullseye. Now with the same i leave him with almost 2/3 of his HP. And no... it's not from the removed sub skill crit dmg, cos in general the crit dmg now is a bit higher then before.
Tonight will test with Robe :)

P.S
I'll try also to post the screens after the last test :)
plz share those findings as it's interesting to see how they changed the passive boosts when healers wear their intended armors as that was changed for GD to encourage them to stop use hvy and start use robes/light again..
The only really irrotating thing for me are the iss enchanters. Their new sword/blunt mastery is a bit of overkill with the BR, but it's not such a big problem.

The sword/blunt mastery only makes possible what should have been possible at the start of GoD. Enchanters can now use 2h sword/blunt or 1h and shield, and still do same dmg as with duals (a bit less with 1h and shield obviously)

Considering there were 6 classes that merged into the iss enchanter, only 1 of those used duals exclusively, and the other 5 typically used 1h or 2h sword/blunt, I'd say this is a no-brainer and should have happened a long time ago.

Wow, This is very interesting. I'm closest to 95 and I'm saving money to buy a seraph heavy set, but if that is true, I have to reconsider light). I will try to test it with immortal sets (I'm poor I know :P), but maybe a healer can confirm this with seraph sets.
