I really like the new update + I’m sure that on next maintenance most of the bugs will be fixed (like teredor instance etc.).

About my concern... my lvl is 88 I’m using frinteza necklace for reuse time. i wonder why the skill timing is the same with or without necklace, it should be lower right? it say in description that if I equip it my skill reuse time will go down. Please comment it.

the bonus of a frintezza necklace is about ~5% ... so its barly noticable on skills that have a short reuse time like hate or gust blade etc. Try UD for example and you will see the difference.

thanks for your kind answer Harkon. i think its not working correctly. for blade reuse time is 10 sec and it is with or without frinteza :).

is there any other way to lower reuse time? coz now im not able to get skill from subs.

5% bonus for 10sec reuse time is 0,25sec .. so its barly noticeable.

you can no longer use your subclass certificates for a "reuse-skill" .. it got deleted with this new update.

afaik, only other way to shorten reuse time is to buy one of the istina-epics that give a 10% bonus, or when you bought some "eva runes" from cash-shop last month, or when you are very lucky and get an augment that gives such a bonus.

rumors said that reuse time will depend on attackspeed again in the next update (probably 1 year ahead) .. but not sure if thats true.

Rumours are bad mkay? (and notorious around here for being very incorrect and sometimes absurd)

that rumor is based on current Korean PTS but as it's not yet on their Live servers u can more or less ignore it for now yeah..

will be at least 6 Months before we get Chapter 3 Lindvior anywayz
