Dark Circle: Casting time is decreased. Skill range is increased from 600 to 900. Cooldown is decreased from 15 seconds to 6.7 seconds.
so what skill we are talking about here?cause theres wrong description i think and cant find a way to determine the actuall skill.
if im not mistaken probably we are talking about mass dark veil but still not sure.need confirmation if any1 knows.and if its a wrong description in game or on patch notes.
The skill name is misleading. It's actually Mass Dark Veil. Dark Rain is pbaoe. There are only two AoE nukes, and only one that takes a target, so there can't really be any confusion.
Mh well, about the range, I thought it could be the effective range of Dark Rain's circle when cast.
But a range of 900 is a bit too much for a PBAoE skill which isn't supposed to hit faraway targets, so you're definitely right.
And indeed, "Dark Circle" is a misleading translation.
