Hi guys im new in the forum i have a question my OR is 89 with 1 dual at 85 and 2 subs at 80 so i want to know wich are the best certificates for my char i pick up from sub cert:
-Patk Matk Lv4
-Pdef Mdef Lv4
-Peva Meva Lv4
and what dual certificate recomend me to take Pdef Mdef or Patk Matk?
P.atk/P.def/Evasion is the best setup tbh. Max crit rate for PvE regardless of the sub skills and max attack speed. Unless you want accuracy... This is also the best PvP setup unless like I said before, you want accuracy. P.atk plays such a vital role in a daggers stab dmg that it only seems logical to take P.atk increase for dual class also.
afaik, accuracy doesn't affect your stabs and your dmg comes from stabs... like i said, get patk/atk speed/crit for pve cuz you're not gonna kill many ppls at that level.

In Olympiad a large portion of dmg is dealt through swings and accuracy affects what? Swings. Meaning if you were strictly pvp/olympiad based accuracy would be a good thing.
MOST of your damage comes from stabs, not autos. If you just auto, then play a summoner or something. Accuracy doesn't even make much difference so why get it? You're sacrificing p.atk/p.def/evasion for accuracy? doesn't make sense at all.
I beat you by slapping you to death once. You hardly gain enough p.def to care for the skill, while you gain 8 accuracy. I have 10k p.atk with only olympiad buffs and knights.
I once watched you kill yourself on me while I slapped you to death in olympiad lol. I've heard all of the stories from Sec****y and seen enough to judge how good you are. And you my friend are in no position to be giving people advice at all. Max crit and attack speed? People have max crit and 1500 attack speed with knights harmony without those skills.... Good advice

2. who the hell is sec****y to say anything? he came to bartz to be protected under my clan's name in order to bot to 96/97, then fought me ONCE and started pumping his chest. i didn't even recognize his name until he was like 97 and i didn't even give a **** who he was until i xferred to chronos. sounds so much like that one pvp video on blah. one fight and y'all start trash talking. even though the tank clearly dc'ed... but that's none of my business.. you're welcome to talk about it on blah. funny how he talked so much and now doesn't want to come to chronos :/

dorf dagger +3 str -1 dex dyes x3
+4 apoc dual daggers 2x SA
baium and party solidarity lvl 2
no subs, no powershirt, no clan skills, no hair accessory
that's assume the level 89 can afford baium/double sa :)
both are luxuries, not necessities for a char that level.
well u cant just not mention doubleSA and put dualdaggers with focus and without baium is 1457 att speed so crit rate is still capped but att speed almost at max, its 4% less

None win a pvp in a dagger with normal hits, who say the oposite is drunk or is just a such noob, don't matter the lvl, a lot of people botting to reach 99 and still have no idea how to manage their chars)

Obs: say to take atk speed or crit rate for pve is just if u are a player that make no pts and have no party soli lvl 1 at least, for the smashing number of players the crit rate and atk speed is almost in the limit or in the limit.

P atck and Evasion all the way. P attack as stabs dmg depends on it, evasion- in mass pvp it can save yours life from archers with rhaps. How much p def increase from dual? I doubt it will be enough to reduce 20-30k to 15-20:) and p def is useless for feohs anyway. As for crit rate, 500 all the time with knight and w/o sonatas with dual specter daggers single sa +4. More dps comes from normal hits in pve/raiding (half kills always helps)(as damage per second). I would look into building for future, not for time being as changing gear and toons set up can be rather expensive. 400+ crit rate is not bad for 89 all you got to do, just increase yours crit dmg, AQ will do good enough at that lvl, if you will get chance, pick up baium as well, invest in some dyes, not going to advise there, whatever rocks yours boat (str/dex). Remember, p def does not kill ppl, p attack does (explosive dmg per 1 hit for pvp, not continuous big dps). So base yours toon around crit dmg and p attack. And good evasion always helps.
