Istina instance

balista damage 97% anddddd haven't even touch istina!! lol! this happened this Sunday! instance was like failed because 97% wasn't enough for istina! when did this change? o0 i though 50%+ gives enough damage to istina to complete instance successfully

I always heard it's a chance to kill her, so 97% you have like 3% chance to not kill her

doesnt matter what % the baslista is, it will always kill istina. if you get the balista to 50%+ then you will get the box with random reward(Gem R woot!)

must be a bug, summit a tickets.

I have always wondered about the purpose of the ballista, cause some say that it affects drop rate or that it affects (if command channel is broken) the pick up oppurtunity for one of the parties, who made most dmg on it.
So far i have confirmed only the 50% box thingie.
If anyone got some extended info, would be cool to share it

Its only for reward from npc, chance to get R gemstone or unbind r95.
