Not asking for any compensation, but it's stupidly annoying. It reminds me of the time when logging into Naia was a gamble, and it went frequently down because of the too many toons logged in.

would be nice if you give us some bonus since this isnt the first time server crashes :)

I do not have exact technical details on the cause of the crashes, but it's possible that the server population overload due to the event is related. The event ends tomorrow so we will see how things go after that. In the meantime the tech team is investigating the crash and trying to get the server back online quickly; sorry it's taking so long. :(

Uhm, apparently, as long as there's no message in system chat that entry in the instance has been restricted, you can re-enter.

The NPC was supposed to be up for 3 hours after antharas kill, but cause of the server crash right after antharas kill and its manual respawn after by nc staff it was up for 5 days. Stop demanding and be happy it was up so much longer thant it should be :-P

Ah, my bad ... anyway memorable will go up after a raidboss kill, like it was after last crash, doubt nc gonna respawn thatone since its few¨hours till it will spawn again by itself.

Are you talking about Ancient kartia? Regular kartia and solo kartia you can do as many times as you want as long as the boss does not die. I did 87-90 on my tyrr farming the first room by myself with iss box out of party.

Yeah, I've seen it after logging into game and checking /instancezone command. Since I was still in the first room when server went down, I was happy I wasn't cut out from the instance, as well as my party... :)
I confirm that when you kill Weeping Yui you get a system message telling that you can't re-enter the instance from that moment on. At least the devs did something right, giving players the chance to reset the instance in case something went wrong...

Weeping Yui is the boss before Ron in fortuna correct? I've killed mobs all the way to the final boss in kartia 85.. soe'd and then re-entered.

you can re enter within like 10min upon leaving, any time after you can't and guess what.. server crashes tend to take longer then 10min to be resolved ;)

That is Yoentumak the Waiter. Weeping Yui is the first Fortuna boss.

I am not sure which instance you are talking about. Typically it takes 10 minutes for an instancezone to be cleared depending on the instance (kartia is different). If me and my healer entered kartia group then killed a few mobs and PR'd and re-entered it would be a brand new instance. Stage 1-7 (including killing mini-boss) took my tyrr about 12-14 minutes to do. I would invite myself into party with my iss and healer and PR then rebuff and immediately re-enter into a new instance. If you keep a toon in the instance then the instance does not refresh, but if all toons exit kartia instantly resets. You can go all the way to the boss and as long as the boss does not die then your entire party can leave and re-enter and the instance will have reset to stage 1. Yes I have actually tested this and yes I could fraps this but that's not needed since you can even test this in solo kartia yourself.
If you are talking about Fortuna (Tiferet1 mentioned Kartia in her initial post) then I was under the assumption you get an instance timer for that instance on entrance (but I am not for certain since the only experience I have ever had was if you fail then you fail for the day).
