This surely is a problem in the world and would have to be fixed is going from the entrance of Glory.
If it was not a problem everyone not complain.

btw, i dont know if this is consider as bug or not, the thing is the next:
always i switch 1 client to other, the email ingame icon is behind the text message window and cant put it again back without do reset setting.
also, there could some option like with pc coins for l2 store icon, just as suggestion.
and, as i said, when tank get some of that buffs from close places for PvE, when use agro skills, it automatly is removed, and i dont know also if its bug or what.

I just want to say that the Memorable Raid event is on my top 5 favorite events ever. Yea the lag sucked, but the chances for loot were great, and the prices on accessories came down a lot (as well as giving a chance to get level 4 dyes on my dual class).
I want to report a bug via Forums. Yeah, yeah, I know: "Please report all bugs through the support site". But, this one is too serious to just post through support. Sace, when are they going to get rid of the bug that makes the irritating shop button return to it's default spot. I mean seriously. I can move and customize all of my skill bars, chat windows, quest monitors, HP status, target name and map size. But SERIOUSLY: the shop button needs to go somewhere off to the corner. (preferably off screen or removed, if you ask me.) Come on, I sit down after a hard days work of doing nothing but watch silly cat videos with my nice chilled chocolate milk to log on to a button that will not stay where I place it after I log off. Listen, I paid NCSoft a regular monthly subscription for 7 years before that shop button appeared. I was here first, make that button move somewhere else. rofl.
The issue about GameGuard is most probably that there are two versions of GameGuard on the update servers .. First version is nProtect Game Monitor rev. 1865 and the second is nProtect Game Monitor rev. 1909 ..
Furthermore there are two nProtect GameGuard Launchers .. the first is Launcher rev. 254 and the second is rev. 258 ..
Why are there 2 versions? and why is it everytime that when a different launcher than the first one that were running, the game has "problems to update" gameguard ?
I submitted a ticket [#121114-001363] for the support team with the infos i have gathered so far.
Try look into this Sace ;) I really hope you and staff gets this thing sorted out quickly since it's really annoying not being able to multibox freely like it used to be.

i loved this event! it was simple, made me richer and others even richer than rich. lots of cool little items came into the game, streaming nicely. great event, lets do it again!
only thing i did not like about it, if even worth mentioning is that between all those scrolls given out there should have been some transformation books instead. anakim scrolls would have been great to drop and the raid boss appearance potions could have come with skills.
i also like to say at this point grats to my friends and clanies that have sold stuff for 1-5B during the event and finally have no more worries about gear, etc
Any information on why GG blocks my Razer Mouse from working properly.. not only interfering with movements but also with binds on buttons?

Thanks for the Raid event, it was a good event but it was broken in to many ways to make it fully enjoyable.
The servers just can't handle this type of event and it just made it enoying with the crazy amount of lag when the RB's spawned.
The event was basicly made so one should create as many accounts as you possible could to get as many rewards as you could. This made the server even more unstable and at times the server even got full.
Perhaps its time that you got a loggin que when the servers are full ???
I got roughly 1.6b from this event and I know many got a lot more then that so I am not complaining about the reward or anything. It's just that the event was made in such a way that I hope it dont come back.
What about the altar instance zone at seal of shillen? Is that ever coming back? Its on its third week being broken with no chance to farm my r95 Soul Crystal.

As you know, this needs to be reported through the support service. :) I've seen this behavior as well and I suspect it is as designed, but to report it as a bug can lead to a change in the future.
Sace have you guys garnered any knowledge into why gameguard is acting up?
The multi-client issue is related to an issue with the GameGuard company, which we are working with them on. The other GameGuard issue is the remainder of the new configurations in light of Windows 8 launch, which we are also waiting for a fix for. That's the 'why' in general terms, and once we know a 'when' we'll let you know. :)

Also, the NCSOFT.com maintenance (account management functions) is being extended to approximately 1 hour from now. If there are changes to this I will post them.

The difference is if the programmable device is somehow able to detect the character's CP level and automatically start spamming CP potions at a specific level and then automatically stop spamming the CP potions at a specific level.
There is a very distinguishable difference between using these devices to facilitate game play compared to using these devices to automate game play. We're looking for and testing for the automation.
These devices are not capable of reading L2 code and detecting the character's CP level... unless you know otherwise?

imo u should just let the instance perma open on these 4 days that it should be open wensday/friday/saterday/sunday
Reporting it as an issue or possible bug is still the way to go: it alerts the support team to the issue or question and prompts testing by the QA team and requests for more info from headquarters. Once it's figured out I will be able to confirm and explain what's going on and why, and what will happen next.

About GG error there is also easy legit solution but I can share it only after this (censored) event will be ended - server traffic already reach limit from time to time and I dont want spend few hours to log single toon.

They are not bannable tools at all because really all they do is allow for regular keyboard and mouse functions to be either accessed easier i.e. F1-F12 keys on a Nostromo or for key combinations to be strung together in a macro i.e. 1 key press performs the function of pressing Alt+2 to activate a skill on one of your 4 available hotbars.
Since these can be done on a regular, non gaming keyboard they are by the definition in the post you linked perfectly legal. Which leads me to ask, did you bother reading that post?

I'll finish off by saying my Razer Nostromo and Razer Naga are a pretty awesome combination of never having to move a finger or thumb very far at all and can quite easily access every skill I'd ever want to use in a split second, among other tasks that are performed easier with this setup compared to a $2 keyboard and mouse.

I cannot say exactly when it will happen, but it will likely be much later today. There should be at least an hour's notice or more before the maintenance begins. Check the website news announcements or forums every now and then for the maintenance notice. I'll post it as soon as I get confirmation.

Close, but no cigar dude: Six months ago i noticed a problem about clan war point win/loss: whenever you lost points, it would not show ingame, since the string calling value was messed up from $s1 to $1s (dumb mistake, gotten from translation errors).
I contacted Sace about it (who then suggested me to use the support page) and sent a fix for systemmsg-e.dat to address that problem, but it took close to two months to check and implement (and of course i couldn't be the only one who reported that, so it might take longer on this case).
Your best course of action is (of course), contact support at the address shown by Sace, or just leaving your fix to yourself and your close enviroment (greedy bastard >.<).

That is one of the main reasons I disliked this event. Pendants were supposed to be rare...
His razor mouse cannot detect ingame stats, so no it is not a bannable tool. Using macros etc is not bannable unless it is fully automated and able to detect things ingame or you go afk while it is in use (much the same as a heavy item on your keyboard can do).

I don't use them to automate gameplay.. I use them to shift weapons or pop certain skills when needed.

to the all of the above:
i dont know which razer mouse he/you is/are using and i never said that 2nd/3rd party software is involved. the key here is on the hardware itself, yes you can program the keycodes for for example alt-F1 that you could do manually with any keyboard, you can also make your own macros, however those macros are "played back" faster than the in-game macros AND are repeatable, so for example you could have the mouse spam pots until you either run or or for the next hour WHILE doing other movements. first when you do other movements in game while a macro playes back, it would cause it to stop, second in game you can't make a macro repeat itself.
now if you don't believe me or like dracha prefer to read only the passages that you like then thats your personal business. for all other inquiries you should read the endless forum posts that regard that matter.

If people will report this, then they may lower the requirements to complete the campaign if in fact you are correct.

It has been stated before that you can spam pots by just holding down the button lol or pressing it fast. Spamming the pots faster is not going to make them work faster in game unless it somehow hacks the server somehow to accept it faster.Well within the limitations of human capabilities. That is 3rd party software.. Most everything is 3rd party software. Only software or actions that can automate gameplay is against the rules. A 3rd party software macro that does not automatically start and stop itself would not be against the rules assuming it does not "react" to the game itself like your CP or HP getting low... Or "X" mob is near you so do this or that.
I have tried a macro on my nostromo for cp pots in the past. I found it easier to just hold the button down. You still need to more carefully read the post you linked.

In other territories they have tweaked the game a bit to suite the server population. I don't remember which territory it was, but they reduced the requirements for the area quest in Orbis Temple. I am not disagreeing with you, but this is a possibility. I know I for one ignore all campaigns because they are essentially useless since no one else does this and they changed the reward structure of the mark of king and mark of lord.

It seems the altar instance at Seal of Shillen is working properly... as in it ONLY opens when the campaign is completed by a sufficient number of players.
HOWEVER
No one on Chronus does the campaign anymore.... so this needs to be changed.
I hope for the next update you will implement a game change where Altar is open a few days a week no matter what. Its silly that I cant enjoy my new r95 weapons fully because there are no r95 red crystals on the market and no way of farming them.
Sucks that the players of L2west always get shafted. Because rather than contributing a little money into getting either programmers or developers, they wait for NCKorea to send them a fix.
And then somehow that ends up getting messed up as well.

GameGuard is an intrusive game monitoring program that is identified as a rootkit by many anti-virus/malware scanners.
The main issue atm, is there are 2 version being downloaded when you launch a client. v.1865 or v.1909. When you launch a subsequent client it must match the version that was loaded from the first otherwise you will get a GG error.
The other issue is when GG simply crashes while your playing if you have even just 1 client open. "A hacking tool has been discovered" and you have to close you client. To protect itself, GG identifies a/v software, particularly Windows defender (and if you can believe it, the calculator) as hacking tools and shuts the game down.
If you can't launch at all without a GG error, your a/v may have quarantined gamemon.des. so you will have to change that.
