hi, if i use wind snance and have fire element it weapon, will it increase dmg? or it work just when use same stance as element in weapon, cose as i know for exemple if sorcerer have wind element in weapon it have no effect for prominence.
WATER

FIRE

WIND

EARTH

Effin MAGNETS!

HOW DO THEY WORK?!

Sorry couldnt help myself :)

To answer your question, you do not get the elemental bonus if you're using wind stance while weapon has fire, the elements from weapon and skills (stance) must match to get damage boost.
Elemental Spike decreases the element resist of the stance u are using, if u are using fire it decrease target fire resist in 20 / 50 / 100, same as other instances..
So if u have 300 fire element weapon and lvl 3 debuff on target u can do good dmg, cause u are decreasing target fire resist..

The stance makes your nukes a certain attribute.

If Prominence is Fire and Wind Weapon doesn't do anything, what makes you think Wind will do anything (other than give you a different proc) if you're in Fire Stance.

Seems pretty self-explanatory to me...
The OP was probably thinking that elemental combos are possible to make magic stronger... (since oxygen feeds the fire)

Unfortunately, this isn't Final Fantasy.
Yes, try not to input too much logic into these Fantasy MMORPG games :-P

If that was the case, it would be common knowledge by now that you should use Fire Stance with a Wind weapon.

No that it would make sense. How much boost you expect to get from some air compared to having the same attribute on your weapon :-P They aren't going to just give you a 300 attribute bonus for free.
If you active dual casting and have a ring of love on you will summon Captain Planet!

(dual casting makes your nukes have the properties of all 4 elements).
