Clan's Marck is Bugged??

Hi Everyone.
After trying to climb the "Clan Mark" repeatedly and not have results, I need your help.

When upload image to L2, this asks me two formats and their respective Dimensions Dimensions: "TGA" and "BMP" also asked me to be in 24b or 32b.

I used Adobe Photoshop (CS5) to create that image.
certain dimensions I used were: 256x256.
I myself believe in "Alpha Channel" and save to TGA.
These images store in TGA and BMP hoping that if one does not prove, the other yes, but ... neither of the two worked.

I searched this forum and found a guide to make these images with the program "Paint.Net", and followed the guide to the letter. but to no avail.

I also created dimenciones imagnes with 256x256 ...

You're probably not reducing the images to 256 colours before saving them into .bmp or .tga format.

Well... I've tried .bmp/.BMP, 24bit .tga/.TGA, 32bit .tga/.TGA (I know capitalization shouldn't be an issue, but I tried like this too), none of this worked, my Clan Cloak - Standard is still blank. Aldough at start I got a few messages that the image format/size wasn't good, now I get no messages, good or bad, that tells me the image is ok, but still no mark on my cloak. Also... I've saved the image with Photoshop, GIMP, Paint.NET, MS Paint... and now I'm out of ideeas.
Anyone have some fresh ideas for me, please?
