you need a stone of destiny to become a sigel knight when you choose the orcish race. If you dont have an old char you need to buy it from the cash shop, and according to Sace the stone is only aviable this month and will not return.
Every race has its pro and cons .. even more when you consider the upcoming changes in one of the next updates (ok .. still a year ahead ^^).
Atm and from my personal point of view the biggest drawback of an orcish tank is its (very) slow runspeed.

best is atm hellknight and when awakening keep ur passive reflect damage skill or yeah orc dual class where the sub is based on a hellknight (not sure if thats possible thou or if u will be forced to pick phoenix knight on sub).

You can also consider a dwarven tank, since they do have a 50% damage reflection buff, massive knockback skill, a passive skill improvement and a passive 10 to earth defense. Also, although they lack -2con and -1str, they have +3 dex to balance it out.
