High rate server pvp

Why not have a high rate pvp server that way we can have it all and have

the choise were we whant to play all thow i would play both servers DO TELL

High rate server would not be possible because the chief income of Lineage 2 "Official" are Runes, vit items and passes. If you want a high rate server, you will not find it here on the legit version of Lineage 2. And as for PvP? Well, apparently some would argue that even the PvP has become bland.
