Last month we had a promotion for coins, players were getting different gifts according to how many coins they bought on certain dates.I also bought some coins,but when promotion ended i didnt find my gifts anywhere,not in wh or invetory,or dimentional merchant,or on my account site as applying items in game.
I sent mails and with some days delay i started receiving replays saying we will get back to you,or we had much work and didnt reply you earlier in order to check it and we will sent your gifts in the near future,but again i didnt got any gifts,i sent again mail and now i got an answer that my gifts were delivered at 11/6,but as i said,i never got the gifts.
Sace,can you look please on that?All these time after promotion ended i mail customers help and nothing.
