Altar of evil area near Dark elf village, as u get higher, move to swamp, or even Garden of Genisis.
Could also try outside/inside Antharas lair, but if you are on Chronos, thats infested with bots, probably same on Naia. Same situation in Monastary of Silence too, but it has good adena drops on higher floors.
Just get harnack group imo.. but i would deffinetly do the daily quests in all the areas (SoA - Nursery, swamp daily) at that level..... and xp in swamp otherwise as smittie has said.
Antharas' Lair is worse than Altar of Evil, to the point that it isn't worth it, that NPC that runs through there is a PITA he always pops up when you take a break from looking out for him, it seems.
MoS at the top may be worth it, especially for making adena, but as Smittie said the bot trains are as strong as ever there; and, you have to deal with Akamanah a lot at least on Chronos a lot of people take it there.
There is one spot in Altar of Evil that is great for Reaper + Light/Bow Setup with Iss Buffs, but it's hard to describe. It's by a hill near the cliffs.
MoS is worth it, but you need a bit of Ele on your Armor and a +150 stone on your weapon really, or don't bother going else you'll get easily overwhelmed in some cases due to slower kill speed/higher incoming damage.
I'd do your dailies (Kartia Solo + Group, SoA, Swamplands on the High Side, 1-3 Nurseries a day) and Harnak when you can find a good group that will last (best to not bother going too high at lower levels, as the faster killspeed at lower levels makes it better for lower level groups killing slower up top) and grind @ Altar of Evil until 89. At 88 I could do about 3% an hour in Altar of Evil at the best spot for Summoners, but that is using a Nostromo to spam pet attack and only targeting MOBs. Also did it with 3 Reapers, and two seems to be worse damage than 3 was back before that "nerf." Used Light + Bow (+3 Requiem/Focus with 150 Attribute and Level 1 Iss Buffs).
High side of Swamplands at 89 isn't nearly as good as Altar at 85-88, IMO, and below 89 Altar is better. I'd do my dailies and try to do Harnak over Swamplands, but if you don't have a choice you don't have a choice. Too much running there, and with only 2 Reapers I feel pigeon-holed into using Cougars for killing there (the nerf has hit Cougar DPS more than Reapers, since you lose so many crits the third cougar would have provided).
Suggestions on best place to farm for adena/drops on a Wynn?

- Immo/Req. Bow from Diplomas (No enchants or ele)
- Level 86
- Level 1 ISS Buffs
You can try Fairy Settlement. Even with the equip you have, should be easy in the lower mobs area... Dont go where u see VIOLENT mobs, too hard for you and too slow to kill.
In fairy, u can drop Twilight helmets, gloves, boots, sells for a good amount of adena! Not that much, but decent price !
For groups, u can try find a GOG party and hope for a Twilight full drop or APO weapons !
H3 is good, drops a lot of IMMO armor that you can always sell for a few adena...
If you're farming adena than Antharas lair is prolly the best place. Full Vesper drops that vendor for 10M+ can be had from there. Drop rate seems quite a bit higher than a lot of other places.
But the XP Rate and MOB difficulty make it almost not worth going there unless you are overgeared. Same for MoS. It just not all that great solo on a Wynn with Iss buffs especially with the nerfed Damage Output resulting in a slower killrate.
Fairy is pretty bad at 86 since they increased the HP. Not sure I'd waste my time there, unless you're overgeared and can somehow plow through the higher level part. I've never seen a TW item drop in the probably tens of thousands of MOBs I've killed there.
I've found that if you level in groups and your groups last a decent amount of time you make a decent amount of adena, though not enough to equip yourself with uber gear *fast*.
