I hate being handicapped as it is now in pvp.. GoD put a slight balance towards those that don't use progs in pvp versus those that do with the visibility of the HP gauges which has been undone and needs to be fixed..

I strongly agree on this, it is a shame it did not get fixed yet. However the gameguard errors also proceed on not being fixed. It is another full week with gameguard bull or is there a slight chance there is almost a fix going to happen?
Also, I am still getting critical errors about the pagefile not being large enough. It is a good joke because the pagefile is currently 16gb and my memory is also 16gb. If L2 uses 32gb....:o

you can actually adjust that yourself in the l2 options.ini file as for some reason L2 has a very low default cache size..
try google it or search as I'm sure we even discussed it here somewhere..

LOL, this post is a virtual indication of a disgruntle player.
Not sure what they did with gameguard error, but I just opened double clients, on 2 different computers, and didnt get a single GG error.

It's possible, as some have mentioned, that this was an intended fix that we did not receive communication about, but we are still in the process of verifying that by requesting more info so that we can know if it is a bug or not. Once we know more I will update you.

I don't post much but I would like to say something about the "HP Guage" issue. I started this game back when there was no such thing as being able to see other's HP. If you could, you were hacking. In my opinion, being able to see other player's HP is an opening to griefing. I think that is why they took it back out of game. I'll take it you don't pvp much then cause at end game lvl almost everyone uses progs to see these kind of things and more like automated skill interrupt etc..
the game has been like this for years and nothing has been done against it except like 2 times when GM's actively watched what happened at Sieges and temp banned a lot of folks on the spot which forced ppl to either log off or fight honestly.. don't hold your breath on that happening again thou..
for me after seeing what difference it made in pvp in GoD the small benefit of seeing those HP bars made a real difference.

You created new 93+ dailies that give incredible XP to boost the amount of 95+ players yet you completely close down the ONLY instance in which people can farm the soul crystals to SA their 95 weapons........................................... .................................................. ...

You were talking about a fix for something that's working as intended, in Koreans' eyes. Because, like Yidao has put it, they spent man-hours to specifically fix this instance for the foreigners, since in Korean servers that was never bugged from the beginning.
Now, either you 95+ players start getting organized to complete the campaign when it's available, or keep waiting for the lazy solution, which is, and this is where we agree, the one more attuned to the Westerners' way of playing this game.
However, I wouldn't hold my breath for this solution to be implemented.

I remember seeing a pretty widespread (temporary) banhammer for this matter. I believe Hypnocrit/Hypno can fill in more information, since he was one of the most attacked bug abusers on these boards.
I don't see any wrongdoing in pointing out that L2 is a Korean game, attuned to the Korean ways of gaming, and you have the choice to do the same as them or don't do it. Looks like you chose the latter.

3 weeks now slow exp because can't login my buffer. Parties tend to go like this, 1 hr to setup, 1 hr exp then someone has to go, 1 hr to find replacement, can't find replacement party disperse.

You can log 2nd window 100% if you duplicate system folders, and load new window from other system folder. In other words system - 1 window system2 - 2nd window. This way not only solves ur gameguard error, but also separates box from main char.
Yes I lead a party which abused Spezion. The SoS instance was always completely open to reenter. Nothing fancy needed there like what we did to Spezion (which was actually something we found out entirely by accident with normal gameplay). NCsofts punishment was fair, I lost something like 70% at 95 because of it. We just happend to be there first and managed to cash in. What we did was wrong, and looking back at it, I will thing twice in the future when something as shady comes up.. but irregardless in the time, myself like many others that play with competition in mind would have done the same thing when presented the opportunity - many of the same people that wanted my banning as well as the highest level party on Chronos at the time gone from the game. I cant tell you how we did it, but I can tell you that SoS is not bugged for allowing reentry and nor did we do anything like spezion to re-enter. You are more then capable of making r95 sa and double SA.. go to mammon and do it like everyone else. Unless I have misunderstood there is no bug here.
Mine was just an example of something that wasn't working as intended (such as Spezion instance, which was fixed shortly thereafter), and the same thing and the same complaints are happening now that the SoS instance has been fixed.
I'm far from accusing you, Hypno, for having abused Spezion, since you had your punishment and acknowledged what you did was wrong, in term of game mechanics. It's old stuff and Spezion has been fixed since then, everything is fine and flowers rain from the sky. (And anyway, we know that NC isn't always accurate. I believe in your good faith - unless proven otherwise - regarding farming Spezion repeatedly, but I'll stop talking about it now.)
We can assume that SoS was "working as intended" since the Koreans took a lot of time to notice it wasn't linked properly with the accompanying campaign - but now the devs have clearly showed that entry without doing the campaign was the wrong way.
Either the 95+ parties acknowledge it and start working to reopen the instance and make profits - or they maintain the current status quo, hoping for an impossible workaround. Because, as I said before, I wouldn't hold my breath for the Koreans to reinstate the old way.

It's either the Adventure Guildsman resp. - woman in the Shilen's Altar instance or the zone quest in the Orbis Temple. Both methods require a certain cooperation or at least an elementary politeness (everybody staying in their room in Orbis). Koreans have no problem with either method. So either adopt an oppositional reading of the dominant interpretation of the game in the West (think outside the box, as Draecke would say) and start working together, or stick with overenchanted, well Elemented S80 to R-Grade equipment until you have reached lvl 99. Both are viable ways.

Eventually there will be a huge shortage of R95 SA crystals. And then the community will be forced to do the campaign.
This problem will solve itself in time. Just hang in there, give it some time.
