Seal Armor R-Grade Issue

I did buy some minutes ago a Scroll: Seal Armor R-Grade from the L2 Store.

I want to change to a Bound Twilight Leather Armor +3 Enhance (with some attribute) to Unidentified Twilight Leather Armor.

I did put the Seal Scroll and the Twilight Leather Armor to my Inventory when to blacksmith of Schuttgart, there changed the "Revert R-Grade item from bound status to unidentified status", but there my armor isn't appear.

So is the scroll the bugged or the blacksmith or I did wrong something?:)

To unseal armor, it has to have no set effect (In your case, Enchant).

This is the issue I had earlier.

Just submit a support ticket, they'll swap out your current armor pieces with identical ones with no set effect, so that you can use the scrolls.

that worked as intended. you didnt read the description.
Seal Armor scroll + bound item = unidentified item
unbind scroll + bound item = standard/blesss item

same problem, grrrr, and i buy 5 scrolls.

Did you by chance try UNEQUIPPING the item? cuz it worked fine for me.

That's not the problem here. For the moment if your armor have a set option the blacksmith don't recognize the item.

Like Falkyrion say, you need to send a report ticket, that worked for me.

PS: Copy from the email of the suport team if you have doubt.

At this time the Seal Scrolls cannot be used with an item that has a special ability or set option. To help you, I have switched the items to a basic Bound items which can be exchanged at the Blacksmith NPC.
