First if you're making a Dualc-lass ISS should of gone Warcryer they are op levelling class, if its not a dual class ignore that :P
At 70 best places to lvl to 85 is this.
70-79
ToI 10, also every 4 hours, at exactly 24:00 Map Time (Open your in game map look at the bottom left corner to see what time is, 1 hour map time is 10minutes in real life.) Von Hellman Raid Boss spawns in the Cursed Village of Rune. It gives an insane amount of exp. If you can't get a group (There is usually like 100 people there) then just hit the boss anyway you will get a lot of exp.
79-85
Yes you can grind in places like Imperial Tomb or Shrine of Loyalty, but your best bet is to sit in the middle of ketra or varka for like 20 hours a day waiting for a boss to spawn, since each boss gives about 2 levels depending on vit. If you had 200% mentor (Its a sub, I know u can't) they would of gave you like 4-5 lvls.
Since you don't have any buffs after 3rd class, it is pretty much impossible to level without begging or buying buffs. Better to get a mentor, then act on the above advice.
