I thought the last update notes said that the issue with provisonal clan halls being lost for two weeks was fixed. We have had our clan hall for a month and it is time to bid again and it is telling me we have already bid. SO what is the word NCWest do we still have to go two weeks with no clan hall?
Also our fortress had level 2 buffs but after our time expired and we resieged it we no longer have ISS buffs in the fortress. It is a large fortress if that helps. SO are fortresses suppose to have iss buffs or not?
