Is there a way I can get compensation for this? I've used a 200% Nevitt's rune and a 200% XP rune, both 1 hour versions and literally 30 seconds later, the NPC's all went down on chronos, and have been down for close to 30 minutes, and remain down. My rune will get burned up and I didn't even get to use it! Is there anyway I can get new runes for free?

Long story short. No.
NCWest (I can't say anything about NCEast, maybe they are the same) have the absolute worst customer service of any online game I played.
You can no longer report bots, if you make a forum post accusing people of being bots, you are the one who can get banned, and post deleted.
How it should be:
You can report bots. A single report does nothing to flag GM Attention, but a player with 25-100 reports will draw attention. This will help to reduce them having to go to players not booting and being reported by ********.
If you are hacked, you have a 95% chance of never getting the character or any of its equips/items back.
How it should be:
Should probably look into these occurrences, it could potentially cut down on RMT, by associated IP/gateways used in hackings, a happy player is a potential happy customer.
If you lose exp/items due to inconsitancies with the server IE sudden server crash, npc crash, roll back, etc. You will not be compinsated in anyway.

Compensating each individual player would be time consuming and thus costly to dig through and see who used a what when etc. Adding a Rune in everyones dimension keeper as an apology or bring back an old fashioned exp weekend and allow runes to stack (This is key, people would then, you know what? Spend more NCoin because its a bonus they won't receive again for a very long time; not decrease sales like one would think) would be amazing, but thus never happen.

Sorry sir, but no... All you will get are common items - that's these 5% ;) True story from my clannie...and it was in P2P times.
@up - Sad story but petition system seems to be offline due to large amount of bot-reporters :P Unless you are referring to support ticket on the website.
