I get this problem,i cant receive the adena from the items sold in auction,or i cant sent items with mail.I got dc once,after this dc i was able to claim the adena from auction mail,but some minutes later another mail with sold item came and i couldnt claim the adena again.Anyone else having same problems?

Restart your client and try to reclaim the Adena in the mail.

there seems to be some problem with in-game mail system... you can't recive items - the claim & send back buttons are grey (can't press them), sometimes it become white after few relogs (random number) sometimes not...
can someone confirm it?

Restart your client and try reclaiming again.

Well, I had the same problem as you last night, before maintenance. I had placed an item for sale on Auction House, and had sold the item, and log in some hours later to claim adena, but where I was, exactly in Ancient Arcan City, I received a buff called dange/dangerous area/zone/town, (I do not know the correct name)
After some relogs, and attempts to change the village, I could claim my adena.
My suggestion is, changing town, and then do the relog, so maybe you can get your adena.
I just teleported to Goddard, and the Radar shows it is an "Altered Zone"... just like the area outside Elven Village during Memorable Raid Boss event.
yes, re-logging did remove the "Altered Zone" status... tried to reproduce effect by teleporting around, but no dice. It seems to be quite random(except that both my Main and buffer got it at he same time)
ok I have reproduced it now... I was doing Daily Quest in Silent Valley, before I first had it happen, Anyway this "Altered Zone" shows up if you Die->Return to Town, SOE or /unstuck and then use Gatekeeper to another Town(tried some other Hunting Areas but for me it only happens from Silent Valley so far.)
In my case, my toons didnt do anything of the above,didnt go to siege zones/xp/instance/port nothing.They are my traders that stay in aden all time,this mail problem has to be fixed,doing rr its not a permanent solution.
Yes, sometimes the Radar Zone color dont work properly.
For example when you are in city (blue color) and participate in the Clan Request the color will change (Blue -> Red), but when you finish/fail the instance it wont return back to blue color again.
I had the same problem, after the maintenance I logged in in Aden, and I could not get adena from the AH mails (the system log actually wrote the "you cannot receive mail attachments when you are not in a safe zone" message). I used clan hall soe to our ch in Goddard, same thing there. Then I used the ch gatekeeper to port to Giran, and there I could get the adena from the mails. So I do not know whether it was using the gatekeeper which fixed it, or whether it was being in Giran which was the key, but now everything is working fine again.
I love it, "Submit a support ticket" Really? If you see more than 1 person having the same issue on the boards, why don't you just follow up with your own tech team instead of "Hey submit a ticket"
Like it makes a difference anyways, will take 3 week minimum before a fix is put into place. Just like the game guard issue.
I am sure I'll get an infraction for this post but, I think that a push is truly needed for ncsoft to get it's act together.
I feel like so many conflicting issues with ncsoft - lineage 2. I mean it's like "Hi Please spend money, so that we can fix it"
Game guard was broken so ncsoft implemented the spin wheel to get people to buy nccoin. They get a few buys, less than a week later game guard is fixed? really?
What stupid thing will you do next to get us to buy nccoin without being able to play the game as intended?
Well this isn't really a "Mail Bug" I'd call it "Town Altered Zone Bug". It happens randomly when logging on in any town, But I have been able to reproduce it consistently by Teleporting through Aden. So far, if you teleport to Aden by any means[Die -> Return to Town, SOE, /unstuck, teleport from any Town] and then teleport to another town your Radar will change to "Altered Zone" as soon as you confirm teleport destination, I've also had very consistent results teleporting through Gludio(only a couple times it did not change to "Altered Zone") re-logging has returned "Safe Zone" so far for me, and so has re-teleporting(as long as I avoid Aden or Gludio)
It's a good thing we have free teleport event... or I would not have tried so much to figure this out. I think support team can benefit from this info, rather than logging on 10-30 times to randomly get "Altered Zone". I have submitted a support ticket.

Please do send a support ticket if your character ends up in an "altered town" (the colored circle around the radar map is red even though you're in a town other than Floran). Being able to check the status of a character when they are online in this state can greatly help us figure out what's causing this issue and how to solve it. Thank you! :)

Could it be a new Castle Control setting? I'm on Chronos, if it is related to Castle Control... it should NOT happen in Gludio/Dion/Goddard/Heine only Heine has never given Altered Zone for me(but I did not check there quite as much as other towns) Dark Castles 5-4 over Light.

me too restarts and relogins and restart the game nothing helped until i am gone to ceremory of chaos. after ceremory of chaos everything in mail worked fine :)
so, if your toon is equal or more than 76 level after 21:00 participate in one ceremory of chaos and check again if you can claim your items before send the ticket :)

My trader toons are like 40lvls,so no ceremony for them :)
As a guy posted,this problem appears randomly,you can have 1 toon in one account with non peace zone on radar and 1 toon in other account with peace zone on radar,both in aden town.Problem is solved only if i port to goddard,then relogin.
I have same problem, every time that i connect my char the "claim" mail option dont work. I need to restart or teleport to another time for fix it but is an annoying thing. This happen only after the last server maintenance.

Go to Fantasy Isle... it is unaffected from this situation.
This is NC Koreas solution for the Zombie Plague, The Altered zone is in every town... it just does not show on the Radar all the time. Any Transform, in any Town is removed nearly immediately(if you stop moving)... Transformations Hold when you are on Fantasy Isle, or if you get far enough from the Town. You can Transform in town only if you keep moving, but if you try to enter the town in a Transformed state it is removed ALWAYS, Hopefully the Zombies are all gone, and we can get rid of this... I'm trying to do the seven signs quests on a couple of my Toons, the parts where you need to transform it takes 3-5 tries to get out of Town/to the teleporter with Transformation intact(due to lagginess) and then NPC server acts up and I get booted out of instance... Transformation removed AGAIN.
Additional informaion then: after moving from Aden to MRT, I still had red circle around minimap and could not claim my money from mail. After moving back to Aden, the problem disappeared. So sometimes several teleports help, sometimes only one.
