Again on Chronos NPC server went down. Lately it seems its going down more often than usual.
Ok i understand that sometimes it can happen, but come on now... u have the same issue for weeks.
People doing instances get screwed ... since u guys are unable to keep the npc steady and working try to at least make it so ppl dont waste their instances due to ur incopetence. Please.

Come on, the tech team has just left for a cook-out! Roumor has it, every time they do it they also take all the server hamsters with them. Let them enjoy some BBQ whenever they want!

You losing money. Fix it...so we can spend coins. Meanwhile consider compensation for our lost time when instances crash and the running of exp related nc-store items...w/o npcs.

We are well aware of the list of times of the crashes, and due to the disturbing frequency we have escalated the issue so we can look into with high priority, as we've explained previously. The quick answer to "why" currently is "we don't know yet." We hope to be able to announce that the cause of the problem has been determined and fixed, but as the issue is still under investigation we cannot do that yet. Hopefully we'll have more positive news for you in the near future.
Moreover, there we have another bug: if NPC server is down, the current matches do not register as quest matches, yet players still win/lose points.
So, in case of NPC server going down repeatedly, it's possible that after a number of matches some people may have lost all their points without completing the quests.
The Chronos mob server consistently goes down every weekend multiple times. Myself and the rest of the server are tired of ******* away nccoin, having the mob server go down, getting kicked out of our instances and then have a timer to re-enter.
What actions (aside from pressing the button on and off) are being taken to resolve the mob server issue? When can we expect a resolution? I would also like my wasted rune back. This stuff is starting to add up and people are getting ****** about wasting nccoin and being scewed.:mad:

I am sorry. This will never happen. This even didnt happened during catastrophic Tersis light event when the game was totally unplayable for more than one week.
Got to hand it to NCs technicians/programmers/w/e... all these days and nothing...
its too sad for a company to have such crappy support and cant fix anything.

Its just funny how long gms+team need to fix important things in game but how fast they are hiding pics of botters and close threads where the truth is in w/o saying anything to it.

NCWest are you guys or some of you getting some pocket money from some players so u do all to hide stuff? Or are u so desperatly helpless to do such things?
I mean can u guys even sleep well when u work for such a company that fool his players wherever they can? milk them out, have a horrible service, doing things w/o letting anyone know why?
Bots running around everywhere in masses, in game mails and whispers getting sent all the time, bots yelling messages in trade chat for RMT, RMT at all is also everywhere, poeple alrdy have fun posting screenies with 3rd party software knowing exatly u wont?? / cant do anything? And even if u do something, 2-3 months later he will have the same toon again.
Seriously GMs + NCWest, get the server down and quit your job, cause what u did from the first moment was a fail and (normal-common) players only stay in this game mostly for their friends.

You are so wrong sir, It took a few years for those at NCsoft to remove the exposed breast on the walls of Aden. It was so appalling to have to play this game day after day with the knowledge a big breast was there for anyone to view 24/7, oh the shame of it all.

At least bots logs out, are they programed to auto-log-in after crashes? hope not. Doesn't even looks possible, cuz of the PIN, etc. xD
Bot programs ping the server so they auto log back in the second the server is back online, even their PIN entry is automated. They do not use the client at all so they are not restricted by the weak client protection system.
Unfourtunatley bots are always the first ones to log back into the servers.
