If im not mistaken you must have over 140 ppl in "Your" clan alone.....not total in 3 clans. I see you have 171 ppl but they are spread out into 3 clans. How many ppl are in "Your" clan all by itself?

For lvl 10 u dont need the castle
u can get the *Blood Pledges* with crp
as for the clan cloak

So, the clan doesn't have to own a castle at the time it goes to 11, but it had to have it at some point for the clan leader to have the Radiant Cloak of Light.
