This NPC is really cool! They qualify the DPS of single player or party! Great! Really great!

Obvious this is not mentioned in patchnotes of maintenance because NC East don't test their updates. Maybe Game Master don't know what is this NPC.

No... this was in-game before the last update.

The NPC has been in-game since the Glory Days update. You can find him in Aden Warehouse or Giran Warehouse.

Actually I think it is something that was patch-note worthy. This is a feature that many do not know about but would love to try it out. It actually could be game-changing for some for figuring out best dps weapon or self buff etc.

Unfortunately there's a thing called variance that conflicts that idea. Unless what you try brings about a drastic change you'll likely end up with false results.
