I though exactly the same but i have seen masterwork weapons S/A grade in the last few days... event? nccoins? or normal craft?

they are still craftable. they used to drop from raidbosses too but dont anymore. so existing ones are either from before GoD or crafted.

so yea most of the foundation stuff its from it
all of it unless it dropped from a raid.

Dropped from a regular angel mob on TOI11 about 5 mins ago.

Can't imagine NC taking out MW weapon drops and leaving jewels and armor in (I got MW DC boots a while back as well, in September)
