Since the clan community & log in announcement were fixed after being bugged for a few weeks after the Glory Days update when you couldn't update the announcement, or even use the clan community. Now every time the server goes down for any reason it resets back to that week.
This has been ongoing since the Clan community window was fixed with having all the broken links after Glory Days was implemented. (Sorry, but I am just reporting it now, because I usually don't feel like typing more after fixing it when I remind myself.)
Is very annoying to have to re-type the paragraphs of information, and announcements again every time the server comes back online. Clan Leaders have enough stuff to keep them busy with there precious time.

Can I ask is you log in announcement short, or almost all 1500 characters???
Guess I will start taking Forum GM. advice, and submit detailed bug reports.
Mine resets back to over a month ago atleast every time the server goes down. Maybe before next Maintenance I will delete the entire thing, and see if it somehow completely resets it. My announcement is almost at the 1500 character limit most of the time I am wondering if this might be why,.... I have seen similiar issues because of that before.
I, as clan leader have the same problem. Every time the server comes down, it just gets reset back to when I last updated my login announcement a few weeks back. Sace and Juji needs to investigate this problem.

No problem. Let's hope this gets sorted before we have to write paragraphs of bullcrap again. Really getting sick of this and I'm just assuming other clan leaders have that problem as well.
I shortened my announcement to under 750 of the 1500 it says allowed, and it did not change, or reset today either time the server was down.
So it is to do with the length as I assumed. Don't ask me how I knew that.
Before when your message was to long, and you clicked update it would DC. you from the game.
Then in the Glory Days update it was fixed, and just say's "You exceeded the 1500 character limit.", but for some reason now it does this crap when you use over half of the allowed characters roughly, and the server goes down for any reason it goes back to a previously updated announcement qq.
One fix creates another bug? This might be interesting.. I don't even know if I had even exceeded 1.5k characters in my announcement. Better check that later tonight.
No, no it won't let you exceed it,... but for some reason if your using over roughly half the space (750 characters) that's when the bug happens when server goes down.
Mine was under 750 on last server RR, and the announcement never changed / reset / rolled back for first time since Glory Days. I was testing as I had a feeling that's what it was. I ran into a similair issue with the mail one time.
for what its worth, we still dont have issue like this with our clan notice, but good luck contacting support

That's the issue. When it is some where close to it's allowed 1500 character limit, it rolls back / resets / or deletes text when the server goes down for any reason.

Oh, that's why then. I'd better cut back on the amount I write until the Login Annoncement gets a fix. Hopefully soon.
