Where is the BEST place to report bugs, game issues, suggestions, where it will be heard by who needs to hear it???

(I am NOT LF a link to a forum topic to report in lol.)

Bugs are my #1 priority,.......

Is submitting bug report on the official site really the best option???

Yes, submitting a bug report using the support ticket is the BEST way to get a bug noticed. A forum topic can easily get lost quickly.
