If you are Very super mega rich
Blessed valakas/Blessed antharas/istina earring/Earth wyrm ring and tauti ring

if you are rich
istina earring/antharas earring/istina neck/octa ring + istian ring for m def and baium AQ vs no nuker healer

if you are not rich
Zaken oly earring Frint AQ oly ring

if you are poor
take oly jewel and rest m def jewel...

Affordable combination also

Istina Ring/QA/Baium + Oly ring
+COC knock down (& back) earring + COC stun earring / Oly earring
Oly neck / Frintezza / COC necklace

You just have to spend adena for 1 good ring the rest can be pretty good for pve with very few adena.
On mass pvp COC jewels are nice too.
Healers with 5k pdef get down to 1k or less if you can survive to debuff them. COC jewels help you to survive.

OP seems to not know what epics would be good for his Tyrr.

He does seem to be able to distinguish some epics from others and dismiss them from being valid options. Sadly this only covers two of them :(
