Hello support . I try to change server from NAIA to SHILEN yesterday and today . And i have error "An error has occured while bringing up character information on the characteryou have selected. Please try again later.". Can you help me ?

Must be level 40 or above.
Must have completed the 2nd class transfer.
Last successful transfer must be more than
30 days ago.
You character must have been created more
than 30 days ago.
Your account must be in good standing and
your character must not be queued up for deletion.
Your character must not belong to a Clan or Alliance.
Your character must not be a Hero or waiting
to be a Hero next month.
Transfer is not possible if your sent mail
has not been received.
Transfer is not possible while items are registered
in the Auction house.
Server transfer is a "manual" process... since staff break for christmas, the services will not be processed. Sace post from december 19 to january 3... I don't know the actual process, a little bit ago, the transfers occours during server maintenance, but in december 19 this service is disabled...
I have the same issue and the transfers are not closed until after tomorrow, so we should be able to transfer today.
I put in a support ticket on this issue last Saturday and I know that NcSoft is working on solving the transfer problem. Hopefully it will be fixed today.
I submitted support ticket about Auction House Bug... the response was it is a known issue(I haven't read anywhere on Forum that it was known issue) and that they are "working" on getting a fix... just for confirmation if it is Auction House Bug, try to delete the character(it's 7 day timer and you can cancel by logging on game) on Character select screen(if you get error: You may not delete a character while a item is listed for sale. Please cancel the registration and try again.) Then Your Character is stuck until Support Team can actually figure out How to fix this Bug.
Hmm I also noticed another bug late last night, I was withdrawing items from a private warehouse on a character without a clan, after I hit okay, I would get the message items successfully withdrawn from clan warehouse, yet no items came to inventory. I would redo the withdraw and items would come to inventory okay. And yes I double checked, this character is not tagged.
