We posted the official reply to this on Monday in a separate thread (http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=250590):
"As part of NCSOFTs ongoing efforts to become a stronger global company, we are making adjustments to ensure that our western teams and games are more independent and more agile. These efforts have no effect on NCSOFT, ArenaNet or Carbine employees, nor will they have any effect on current titles or those in development."
The server locations remain in the USA (includes Naia).
is there any change in Lineage II by that they are goin to do?? like get beter servers or change the game some how?
"These efforts have no effect on NCSOFT, ArenaNet or Carbine employees, nor will they have any effect on current titles or those in development." :) No effect, so "no," there are no changes to Lineage II.
Well, I can't understand the meaning of "which can be in charge of the United States and Europe businesses", while Innova holds the licences Europe market, as I know.
The server locations remain in the USA (includes Naia).
eh sad about naia.. was good to play with <36ms ping and w/o lags. anw after today's maintenance i have no lag issues. but server was not reached 5500+ or more online. tomorow or on weekend we will see or that patch for lag work ;)
Does it mean that finally Naia will be transferred back to Europe? (hope)
Back to Europe to what company? NC West is not allowed to operate in Europe anymore. Just never wish a company like GameForge to take Naia, after they took Aion EU servers, everyone there think its the worst company ever and most of them are making new accounts, after spending years on their old accounts, to play on NA servers, despite the higher ping, absurd event times, new grind for gear.
