Known Issue:
Please note there is a known issue related to the Dimensional Merchant NPC, who holds items won from the Aden Prize Wheel, purchased from the L2 Galleria, or dimensional items sent from other players. Currently, if there are 200 or more of your items being stored on the Dimensional Merchant NPC, additional items may not appear in the list and cannot be claimed. While we wait for a working fix for this issue, please use the following workaround:
If you play the Aden Prize Wheel or purchase an item that is sent to the Dimensional Merchant NPC, try to claim the item so that you see the message 'No more Dimensional items can be found.'
It is important that you attempt to claim the item and trigger this message, or else the next steps won't work.
Now, log out to the character selection screen and immediately log back in and speak with the Dimensional Merchant NPC again.
The missing items should now display and be claimable. The issue may return the next time a new item is added to the Dimensional Merchant, if there are already 200 or more items stored there.
Second Off, A ******* trasken? omg. This better be spending 200k and still not getting it lol.
Third off, i love this wheel, but the lower grade rewards are sorta crappy i thinks.
Fourth off, sometimes it goes to 404 crit error, im not sure exactly how this thing works, seems Ajaxian, somehow it redirects to 404 and then ends on /ssdeauth or whatever that unauthorization link is for logout. It stole the spin.
Fifth off, it doesnt load the assets everytime, sometimes takes multiple logins for them to appear, this is probably a caching issue of somekind from the previous versions of the wheel.
Fun and games again. Seriously it would be nice to have the percentage or chance results for the possibility of winning these items individually.
Don't you think it would be good for players to know this ? or are you a person who just orders food from a restaurant without checking the price before you order.
I mean seriously this is just a typical form of black magic in this world on the blind people, really shows how much you care about the player base.
NC, you are a disgrace. Instead of a real Christmas event, you give us a broken event made for bots, and then you shamelessly introduce another money leeching Wheel. I repeat, disgrace.

I haven't heard any other reports of this yet. Are you still seeing these issues? Do you remember if you saw these same issues with the first version of Aden Prize Wheel in November (if you played them), or do you feel these issues are new?

The game has been working since we posted its launch yesterday and I haven't seen other reports of that message being seen. Are you still seeing the issue now? Did you have the link to it bookmarked from November, or are you going to it from the links on the website?
That Dimensional Merchant NPC fix doesn't work for me, i sent a support ticket twice but still no reply.
You can also try unloading some of the items on the NPC if you already know what character you want to use them on, but don't do that if it's inconvenient. The workaround should work, so I'm afraid I don't know what else to suggest. The support team may have more advice when they reply.

Since your first post I see a message from support saying they're getting more reports of the workaround not working for some players, so we're looking into it more. Once we have news or another workaround (or a fix, I hope) to share I'll let you know.
have to agree with that, ran it a bunch of times myself just for the heck of it and lol who needs those santa bufs or will ever use santa cp pots that restores a whooping 300HP..
to sum it up: low tier rewards are not worth the 100NCoins and changes on top rewards are really really low..

I spun about 40 times, (4,000 NCCoins $60 inc tax) and got just junk. - at least in the last wheel the returns were half-decent (not much more than that) some of the time.
Santa buffs sell for about 200k incidentally.

I personally believe the odds are worse this time round, and my money wont be going that way again. good old bait-and-switch from NCSoft.

I agree. It's seems what NCSOFT severly lowered chance to get decent rewards. I ran it around 100 times and got nothing. And i dont plan to continue this.
