Is there certain days only you can register to siege them?
Can only the Clan Leader register? Or can someone with full Rights register?
Whats the minimum amount of people you suggest for sieging one?

1 no , just like 4h after fort was taken npc spawns again and u can register and siege will start after one hour
2 everyone with right can register
3u can do it with one party just dont kill guard captains one by one , just like leave them with low health and then kill them simultaneously, they will respawn if all are not killed in 10 min
