I'm playing in Naia server and I have an Iss Enchanter, it's my main char, not box. I'm wearing a twilight armor set (attack type). My question is: It's correctly my configuration or should I take defense type?

Iss isn't exactly a Damage dealer.
but if you solo a lot, and don't feel a need to be Tanking any damage, Attack works well. if you are in a group a lot, your attack skills matter, but your total DPS is not important.

I think PvP, because in a future my clan and me we'll have a lot of pvp you know?
I don't have enough money to take 2 armors set, 1 for pve an other for pvp jajajaja.
At the moment, I'm wearing twilight attack type and I think that I resist so good when mobs hit me, for example Zellaka or Soa, with knight harmony of course.
There's so much diference between twilight attack type and defense type?
