Anyone can spot the true bots EASILY and ban them with the same ease (telling us about further investigation is pure cra p) so some1 must be very naive if he dont understand whats happening on NC servers(a deal with money is a good deal for NC)...having technical problems banning legits is just unacceptable.

If there was a ban on chronos it was so minor that it didn't make a difference. The botters made many toons for last event that getting one or two banned didn't effect them at all. The nc soft ghost support team cares about one thing and one thing only. their precious store.. here are some facts. 1. botting is out of control on chronos- their fix we will investigate.2. horrible lag on chronos their fix- its not them its us.3. a bug in NC store EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE.4. windows 8 went from working fine to not working at all there fix- you should purchase old OP system cause they not doing anything, actually its the (we are working on it routine). its been over 2 weeks for that.
Sace I challenge you to dispute those facts don't delete this post just prove me wrong.
P.S. how about starting off 2013 right get rid of some community managers and assistants and hire some real LIVE IN GAME GM police then you'll see more support for the NC staff and a happier community THAT IS FACT

Insults and swearing are bannable offenses, not only botting and RMTing are (in theory :rolleyes: ).
In Naia things doesnt go better :) MoS , Bloody , LoA , SV , Harnak , Strongholds 2-3 , GoG Lower / Upper , Sel Mahum , Giant cave and i miss loooot of them , are taken by bots , and you can totaly see their botting. (or not? maybe the bot pt in Bloody made by players called "ss4us" "dmg4us" "ss4you" or such lolnames are real players ... or not? ) but they actually don't care ^^ they DON'T have the protections for stop 2 of the most famous bot programs (and i bet you know what im talking about) , if just ONE gm was taking care of this , the server wont have such lag...even in GLUDIO DARK ELF GUILD you can found lot lot of bot summoners making chars for start the bot-wave...is OBVIOUS their botters...you can find out even saying them "hello" or hitting them , they wont "hello back" or "hit back" not even a "?" or a ":D" ... but they keep improving the NC Shop , that's the real deal!

Free 2 play= without a care. You don't care we don't care. The community accepts boting, cheaters, scripters and other thing that makes the game pointless. People say bots have been around forever, yeah they have, but when there is no repercussion from botting/cheating they come in full force as we saw when it went f2p (or free 2 puke) as I like to call it.
Once they took out petition in-game the game was over. People will say how is it over, well the games followers keep it alive. New players come for a while laugh and quit.
Dead game that still makes money from hopes and dreams. I am one of those hope people, but stopped putting a cent in the game once they stopped putting a cent in the game. Now they are back tracking to find what went wrong, and no amount of gear in NC shop, level increase, or new items will fix the problem when you allow botting so freely or rule breaking.
There is no ban hammer, and if there was it still won't be enough because NC does just enough to keep sheep believing they are working on it.. Just like they can't control adena spammers, but private servers can.

In Naia there are few quite rare weapons for sale, like +15 Blessed Amarantine Thrower Focus+Dmg up 300 element , for which there is just no reason for selling; i guess "someone" lost few bots and a couple of tenths of billions adena and needs cash fast :)

True Sace and Juji got nothing to do with gm stuff and such.
Altho since they monitor the forums dont they see the fuss about bots and bans?Every now and then a new post is poping talking about the same stuff.
Dont they see the problem has grown bigger? cant they transfer the cries of the community to their superiors? Instead of saying the same things again and again to us-the community.

If you are an EU player it is quite normal if u have no lag or has lower lag, because you are very close to the server.
Also on Core online about 2000-2500 characters in prime times, while at the NCwest servers about 3000-6000.
The Innova had quite a lot and much bigger lag issues too when the Core started work and played on the server 5000+ character.
I play on Naia and from Europe mostly if the Naia on Normal or Light traffic I have 0 lag.
These kind of bans what happened in the last month on the different servers and effected legit, hc cheater and noob cheater players both, might be not planned ban hammer.
Two possible situation, that the NC got some inner issue in their system or hopefully they develop or test any new anti bot stuff and the filter setup still isnt the best.
But I really would like to see an official comment what is made by Cryo himself, that what the hell is happening nowadays at them????
It is far not fair from him, that if some issue happen he stays in the background while Sace, Juji and the GMs get the flames, while Cryo the person who is coordinate the whole team.
I keep Cryo for an intelligent person as I knew him through comments and interviews, also I think he likes and knows the L2 too.
But I really miss the communication from him, what we got before from Moxie example or even Cabel made more comments by himself about 1-1 issue as Cryo makes it in the last half year.
Personally I haven't clue what Cryo does with the L2 nowadays, Sace and Juji manage the forum, the GMs the game.
We don't see Cryo in different interviews, don't see from him translations or sources about the upcoming updates, he doesn't manage and Q&A thread, we don't see huge marketing campaign around the L2 neither.
I would be happy if I would hear any plan, information or anything from Cryo.
Producers are active in every L2 region, als producers are active and part of the community at another games too.

Never said there's no bots there..but you can see on the statistics that innova doesn't take bots lightly as ncwest does, reason here you see chars killign 2 millions monsters per month..there max number of monsters kiilled in 1 year and 2 months is 2 millions.

Well, yes the Innova gave some better service in December as the NC did.
But since the Innova in RU and EU provide L2 this didn't happen so often.
I think still in totally, that even if the NC has too more cheaters, but still better to be here as at the Innova.
And hopefully we will see here some positive changes in the upcoming time what will can confirm this.

My brother started playing on Innova just to test, and he liked what he saw: bots and RMT are under control and you can talk since level 1, there is less lag too, the situation is much, much better than in NCwest.

NCsoft may only ban small offenders or just bot starters. The real bots will never be banned, since they pay NCsoft monthly at least $1,000. A lot of people on Shilen are crying for being banned, however main bots play freely.
As someone once said "I've got a really moron thing I do, its called - thinking". I guess NCsoft staff are genius, therefore thinking about how to fix the servers is not really cool. That's the only explanation why NCsoft suck in comparison with Blizzard and other game related companies.

Well RU is wayyyyy bigger then NCWest or EU tho so its a more interesting market for them. However on EU im not 90+ yet so i dont know high level spots but only time i find some bots were in Giants Cave(2PT's) and Stakato Nest(Randoms). But there seems a general attitude under the players to "keep legit" and thats what u need most!

Unfortunately legit players are 10% of our server, 80% is bots and another 10% is unlegit players. Here we have 1.5~2k of players online + bots. Ex.: During siege on innova servers I cast (example) 40 party celestial, no one time the cast is blocked. When I PvP agains "pro-players" i got the cut of cast, due to pvp scripts. Just watch imartelx movies and you can see how to loose for player without hands.

I created my char there too, and I'm starting to play there, go slow, see if anything will be done here, if I do not see that the staff will take no action to remove the server bots,'ll drop in here and stay there innova. ..
but as far as I can see, there will be no exit from this server, because every day there are new bots, new characters and END GAME (Using BOT). What makes me angry about all this, is not die for the bots, and yes, a guy lvl 99 (botting) comes kills you, and still calls "you a noob". this is wonderful.
