what are the best to put on a Dye Othell Rogue human?
I would know also advise the Pendant?
in Pvp and best dual dagger or one dagger?

Well it will vary according to your race, I have tried several setups @ the end I am using

+5 dex / +1 con
+5 dex / +1 con
+5 str / +1 dex

I have both a STR and DEX hat, but I tend to use the DEX hat more... all depends what you are trying to build for.

If its for olympiad, I find having both daggers helpful, I use +15 Skull Edge /CD 300 PvP and +4 Dual Amarthine Daggers. Youll notice your stabs do the same damage, however with single dagger you can land 3 in the time itll take you to do 2... but dual daggers are better for clones.
