Great,here we go again. I thought they were blocking all of China's IP addresses? Even after all that, are you trying to tell me that there still isn't any room on Chronos???
I would imagine the Chinese RMT farmers have already updated to a working proxy server and are back in business. Something like IP blocking will have little to no impact on them since for them it is their source of income. Anyone can get around an IP block pretty easily, if NCWest wants to keep people out they need to ban based on hardware ID's, which will never happen because legally they cannot do it.
To be honest I was shocked they actually tried an IP block system after almost 9 years. :D
This is the last time that I buy any of the multiple day XP runes until they switch them to REAL TIME IN GAME. I can't log in right now, which means that the 7 day rune is just wasting away, when I want to play, but can't through no fault of my own. :mad:

erm the majority of the actual adena rmt farmers are euro/na/ru players who run many trains with modified clients & automated 3rd party soft and sells to resellers..
IP blocks doesn't resolve this issue lol so don't count on it helping with logging into a game that has per server more then 2k bots farming.

On Chronos the spammers are still there. I have also received robo-PM's from adena sellers as recent as yesterday evening.
Getting back to the OP, yes, the Chronos server is overcrowded. No, there isn't a fix currently in the works for that. No, banning the IPs did not resolve that issue, nor was it ever intended to resolve that issue. Yes, NCSoft still has work to do in order to improve the overall gaming experience, and yes, their triage indicates that RMT is their primary concern. Pick a number and wait in line.
So glad I'm off that dump Chronos, over crowded server. Jumped ship when the gettin was free!

I miss some people on Chronos,but don't get me wrong I like that fact I can log in no problem. Chronos is too full.

I think I had taking a temporary leave of the game when they were offering free transfers. If they were to make that a free option now, I'd move about 3 accounts worth of characters to a less populated server. Most of my friends quit either the game or the Chronos server long ago.
