Change weapon skill on Bound R

Why weapons s80/s/a/b/c bound can be converted with "Change weapon lvl1"(kamael skill) and R bound not? That's fun :D

Any idea for that "restriction"??
There are no ancient weapons R grade, neither passive skills for them on Kamaels.
Koreans designed it like that, its not a "restriction".
more threads like this and maybe nckorea will look into this potential nerf for the kamaels XD
less patk and matk on weapons that get changed right?

The p attack always falls but I thought the m attack remained the same?

I never really understood why rapiers didn't come from mage weapon conversions seeing as Soul Breakers were hybrid mage/fighters their weapon should have been a hybrid mage/fighter as well which could only be accomplished by converting a magical sword.

Of course making Rapiers be one handed fighter sword conversions was already a huge kick in the pants because one handed swords were usually the most expensive since Glads needed them to make dual swords and tanks wanted them because they looked better than blunts. Thus there was already a huge demand and insufficient supply. NC should have made Rapiers come from fists, a weapon which essentially had no demand but a large supply. That would have increased the price for an undesireable item of further increasing the price of an item that was already too expensive. NC stupidity at its finest.
Yeah... Like swords and fists have something in common...

Since this is a full weapon transformation, the weapon being transformed doesn't make a bit of difference. A Kamael could probably turn a rock into a crossbow if she wanted to.

Of course functionally a Rapier is more like a dagger or magic sword than a regular sword and either of those would have been cheaper with daggers being the cheapest.

But this was a perfect oppurtunity for NC to try correcting a situation that they had already screwed up (the market for one handed swords) by capitilizing on the ability to turn one weapon of type A into a weapon of type B and instead of capitilzing on this easy chance to create demand for a weapon which previously had no demand and they decided to make the demand for one handed swords even more inelastic which was completely unfair to any players who needed these one handed swords.

And the rapier wasn't even a good weapon since it failed to provide the Soul Hound with either the correct amount of p attack or m attack or some combination of the two. Taking into consideration how stratified the level 80+ mobs in each area were so that some areas had mobs which were all highly resistant to magic and others which had mobs that were all highly resistant to physical attack (mostly all mobs were resistant to magic damage) NC should have realized that Soul Hounds needed seperate types of Rapiers once they hit 80+ with one version specialized for physical damage and one version specialized for magic damage or failing that they should have increased the physical damage of S80 grade Rapiers and forced Kamaels to use magic weapons to deal magical damage. And by creating specialized Rapier types (physical and magical) NC could have created demand for two weapon types that had insufficient demand.
