Being kamael and using holy element is like being orc tyrr and using water or wind - ridiculous. About stance - if you wanna be a good yul, you'll have to learn to use THEM ALL. PvE and PvP have totaly different path of developing - mean different dyes, elements and augments, as well as skill enchants. We can help you for PvE, but no1 will tell his secret for PvP setup of course :)

1) Kamael use dark element on WEAPON for PVE. For PVP i think it's good too, but i'm not sure about this race.
2) For the armor i think the best option is to balance all element between the armor parts (5). For PVE is better have more Dark resistance and for PVP more holy resistance. Others depends on you, so you can set it like this for example:
3 fire /2 water
3 wind / 2 earth
3 dark / 2 holy
3) About stances: in party you can use always siege/sniper, because you have always the sonatas and the atk. speed is enough in this case. Switch to sniper for use pinpoint shot and use siege for the rest. About third stance, i use it only for solo, but u need to try and develop your best setup imo.
4) About harmony, you can use wizard for have a reduction on skill reuse, and warrior - ofc - for more damage, this choice depends on you, i prefer warrior always.

Holy words :D
I'm not scared lol I will help u with the pvp part of it if u like. Pm me if u have questions and as far as pve and pvp goes we can point you in the right direction but u have to find what u are comfortable with.
Lol at people who actually choose their weapon attribute based on some passive that gives a forgettable +10 attribute P.Atk.
Holy > Dark. Mobs that you will level up on will have a mix of Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, and Dark Attribute. Not many will have Holy. That makes it the best choice for PvE for physical damage classes and those that don't have specific stances that lock them out of that attribute (like Feoh Wizards).
The downside is that for PvP a lot of people WILL have their Holy Attribute up because of how popular it is for DDs in PvE.
I would totally go Holy over Dark, even on a Kamael Archer. Dark is clearly the worse choice.
There is no secret PvP setup. Just ask someone who isn't an egotist about the PvP stuff, though a lot of that isn't hard to figure out... Search works, too.
