After three long years the time has come to move on from Lineage II and NCSOFT. The game, the company, the time, and the players have all been formative and unforgettable, and while we've all seen many challenges and changes over the years, leaving is one of the hardest. I thank you all (even the trolls) for being a part of this experience; you shall not be forgotten. Though I moving to a non-community role next I remain in the gaming industry, so perhaps we will run into each other (and PK) again in the future.
Juji will be managing the forums in the interim until a new dedicated community person takes over. Please be nice to them both, and to Cryo. ;)
Wish you very best with the new job. Considering the position you were usually in with the general miscommunication between the different parts of the company you did do hell of a good job in your community role. I have no doubts you'll succeed and exceed in your new role too. We'll definitely miss our Sace :) (can i use Morgan this time? :P).
You had a tougher job than community managers in the past with all the changes since GoD launched. It had to be a little rough knowing that every day someone was going to lay into you for things beyond your control. You always kept a positive tone despite the venomous barbs being thrown at you. You took many unfair comments for things not your fault. You stood up for the players, even the ones who did not appreciate your efforts. Know that many of us did appreciate your actions, even those we will never hear of.

I kind of figured this was in the process as you could see how you were not as active on the forum as you were in the past. Good luck, I am looking for a job sign me up!
it's always sad to see a good player leave. even though we never spoke in game, the forums were always a place of joy while you were around. it's too bad there will not be another chance to talk in person at some NC meet and greet down the line.
Good luck in your new job. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to the L2 community. NcSoft lost a good employee and the players lost a good spokesperson. (This is only one player's opinion, please no infractions :) )
I wish Sace would come back, does everyone else get sad when they see her name in purple and also "Retired community manager" by her name.

1) She couldn't handle the community.. yeah.. I'm used to other type of CMs.
2) She was too inexperienced in lots of matters.
3) She refused to admit mistakes even in PMs.
4) She banned/blocked important members and sites of the L2 History because they knew more about L2 present and upcoming releases, than she did.
5) Last but not least: If she's leaving.. she's going for a better opportunity that she's more fond of.. so... that's also a reason to be happy for her departure.

It's so sad to see you leaving, Sace :( I wish you good luck! It was nice to know you and even though we usually posted only complaints to NCsoft, you should know we loved you :)
I think you made good job through the 3 years while u were with us and I hope you will find a good place where you can enjoy to work too.
Maybe sometimes you made mistakes, but we are humans so it is normal. Some of players even did flame you for this much more as the mistake was in real.
So, I hope, that the reason why you leave us a different reason and it isn't in connection with the Lineage 2 or NCsoft or our community.
It'll be interesting to see Juji's moderation style. At least we know he actually has experience with the game...

Late to the party by more than a month, but I wish to convey my sadness for the community. Sace was one of the most wonderful community managers that I have had the pleasure to work with.
We at L2RPA.org wish her well in her future endeavors, but will miss her dearly.
