We are apologize for this grave inconvenience and have already taken preventative measures to ensure that these incidents will not happen again in the future. The following compensation will be added for players on the Naia server:
The adored NPC Angel Cat will be spawned on Naia, from February 3 to February 6, to give players a great useful buff item. The item lasts 30 days and you can consume it when you like in that time.
Angel Cat’s Blessing: For 60 minutes, increases M. Atk. by 20%, P. Atk., P. Def., M. Def., Atk. Spd., Casting Speed, and Max HP and MP by 5%, and XP and SP gained through hunting by 30%.
Players can obtain one of these items per game account per day. On February 3, Angel Cat will appear on the Naia server. from the time you get that item that 30days span is already counting or is it by the time you use the item? is it like milk that you get from the path of awakening?

so you can take another item at same time when you take 1st one? for example i get item from npc ~midnight in my time zone (GMT +2). so tomorrow (today) i can take this item also on midnight? (same count system as for fort dungeon, or old wondrous cubic)
It was a human error and it has very rarely ever happened before for bringing up the servers.

The server crash did me a favor. When the servers came back up, I was able to log in before all the bots and complete my quest in Imperial Tomb. *wink*

So i took 1 item on Sunday, today it did not let me take one, and now (1 hour after a possible re-spawn time) the Cat is missing – chasing a mouse or something…

It's not that big of a deal, but next time pls check that the info you give is correct. I took the Buff on Sunday and couldn't take it any more neither on Mondau or Tuesday. It's not that important, but it usefull to know just when to use it.

not sure what your saying but naia has more people playing at most of the time then chronos when u could still login fine to chronos during prime time naia was already perma full during its prime time
yes i take chronos prime time and naia prime time at diff times
just fact naia always had and prolly always will have more active players and more pvp like server
if ncsoft took few days to hammer all bots by hand u can login just fine if they keep doing it for a few weeks to wipe out the nubs from good onces tons of ******ed bots that are easy to spot these should be insta hammered
