You proposed again the same event of the previous year and add some more unbalancing items in the l2 store(mp potions who give 50% mp lol).We totally became a private server.

yep that event is a fail like always last year was the same but was worse rewards any way I do not plan to invest money in that event at all. probably to get permanent javel is success rate like 1/100+. any way I'm not surprised to see that event again.

I agree with you. It is larger than you think. Because the price is more expensive than the previous ones "aden prize wheel" somebody should turn the wheel 3000x to have better reward. So for bless antaras and valakas, the probability it maybe over 1/5000++

The funny thing in all of this is the fact they are not getting much buys on the event items because, let's face it, it's almost impossible to get the Perfect Valentine Cake were you can use the store item.
In the end they crappy revenues from this event and get even worst image from their clients.
There is a term for this kind of situation... it's called incompetence.
Who are the bigger fools? NCSoft West for not living up to the players expectations or the players who complain, cry, whine about the game but still play? Of course, they are going to incorporate the NCSoft store with the event. That is how they make the money to keep the game running, the game that you all are complaining about.
Just be glad that they are keeping the game up after all these years. And good luck on the event, I hope you get something good from it.

The draco event I did not mind because that, in fact was a true event not connected to the L2 store. I had no problem selling eggs or getting a draco hat or hunting for drops. This Valentine thing tho..you can keep that.
Another Wicked way that Ncsoft uses to steal its players moneys, yes I used it the word "STEAL", When you make an event that is attached to real moneys you should put your facts straight, NOT hide the probabilities....
Permanent Jewels Chances should be public for all. If you really cared about your users and don't plan to ROB them by planting in their minds they will be so easily get lucky.
Same thing goes for Wheel Event and Shirt Enchants etc...
Why its so hard to disclose the chances? if I'm gambling for something I need at-least to know my odds!
Not to mention that you can't get all items required to make the s. valentine's cake by hunting(like it was the last year).This time you can get the creme only getting it from store/galleria.And this is simply redicolous.This is an event made only for ppl who spend a minimum of 5 dollars to join.
I should ask my cp archer to get a screenshot of that creme fraiche drop, unless he already got rid of it... But I'm 100% sure I saw it drop. That's why I'm raising an eyebrow at how this event is being managed.

Every event you put out is like benefitting for the soulless players(Yall know what kind im rambeling about) and since its cash to earn from it, ppl are setting their soulless chars out to farm for the drops.
That also means that the servers quite full. How are you thinking? Tell me, is there any thoughts behind the events or are you just a full cup of i-dont-care? Like recycle it until it grows out mushrooms on the side of our heads.
Naia server is like a coca cola can that has been shaked for over a year, its kinda full =)
Im not saying that NCSoft is handled by ppl that are unable to form sentances or think, but why just not make the event items untradeable to prevent this? Or all you care about is to show your boss that lineage2 is alive with full servers?
I think giving the half ingredients from drops & forcing us to buy with real $$ the rest is fair play... At least stop dropping ALL "event" items from mobs and make them like the cremes are.I dont want useless items in my invetory every time i go to xp.
P.S. i was lucky and dropped 24 cremes but i see that they r not dropable any more.
Well, now that creme is no longer dropable this event is stupid. You might as well just put adena into the l2store considering players that are purchasing these items from the L2Store and reselling them for 100+m

It's fine to offer it through the store but, to not have a main ingredient dropable is just stupid. What about the non 18+ people who can't use mommy and daddy credit card, you completely exclude them from the event. There for you are age discriminating. :D

In other games where i have to pay for, i have at least a kind of service that helps me when i have problems, or active gms who lookout for bots and actively help players, and downtimes where the game is playable after or even people who care about the game, here its like a joke, Juji and NC are laughing at the players (and yes Juji is also a part of them since it was his decision to work for this company even when they fail so hard every day).
Events was something nice in the past, there was something for free (mb not always the best items but well mostly it was ok) there was something who motivates u to go outside and kill mobs. Now when we read event its like YAY normal players cant play for the next week/s or YAY i have to spend RL money if i want to have the chance to get something nice.
****, just put all the epics in NC Store and sell them for a crazy amount so everyone who likes to spend money for pixels can just buy it and the others can have nice events again. Oh and dont forget after selling tons of those Jewelse pls just close the servers (something to think about for all those RMT guys here)

ok lets say that:
at6 1st day of event I was able to get 12 Valentine Cake's cuzz friends did send me some.
I did open them all.
6 of them become Tasty Valentine Cake's.
0 of them become Delicious Valentine Cake.
In other words even if u spend tons of money on that Promotion. U still heave extreme LOW chances of getting anything usefull.
Faill Promotion. really NcSoft is worse and worse every month.

You kids forget that NCsoft DOES have legal adena trading. First the NC coin cards at gamestop with the bonus BEWR you can sell.
Second there's been items in the store you can sell and currently there is also items you can sell from the store.
This shouldn't be a shocker that this event was recycled. I just ignore the event and do my xp stuff. I won't give my money to play with a CHANCE at something. Besides I play for my epic jewels or save my adena, you can too. The chance of getting a permanent jewel is slim so calm down people.

In next events (pay to participate) try create items like l2eu.com: buy a special item and this item allow players to drop items from event. Create a direct pay to participate, no jokes like this mixed event pay to partycipate trully free.
#1 problem with the event is poor value. The consolation prizes if a cake fails to level up are weak.
It cost money to play is fine, so long as the rewards are viable. But lifestones and basic enchant scrolls? Temp boss jewels were a nice idea, but I'm sure the perma jewels run at .001% chance success. Even the lotto event during December at least had items to look forward to.(and was free)
Reward table for this event is very poor overall. I understand you guys are a small company and that 90% of your workforce probably couldn't care what Korea ships over here.
But just try to keep in mind what players are willing to spend NCcoin on.
