been trying for a while to log in chronos... my guessing is that, as it should be siege weekend, talkin island is full with lvl 1 toons standing next to an npc so that others cant log in... really frustrating.
Man I just spent about 30 bucks on this game as a new lineage 2 player. Since doing so I have been repeatedly harrassed by Feoh Wizards and Summoners in the swamp. It's so stupid that they can place a DoT on you and not take a murder.

tope u know why the servers are at max cap now? its becouse ncsoft lower the cap on all servers instead of 6000 slots they lowered it to 5500 slots so there it is... if u need proves i put a screenshot.

Same problem here. Glad nccoins have been down for three days otherwise I might have spent more cash then I should on this game.
You know I actually pre-ordered Tera and never played it again since the free 30 days. I heard it went free to play I think I will check that out thanks for the suggestion!

I wonder why the new CM , with obviously nothing but a Move/Delete Topic buttons, is not deleting these ones since its due to the same reasons, caused by botters and freshly exploiters :)
Dont mind bragging here about botters, hackers, rmt,. NcSoft needs several months to come up with a new method catching them. As you can see they reacted to the enchant **** quite rapid and quite passive at the same time by just resetting the weapons and not punishing the hackers. This is due to the fact that exploits destroy the game as it is lowering the sales of nccoins while botters are somehow still contributing to nccsoft's financial cause.
It's hard to log into Chronos that way. I'm trying to log in for hours and nothing cuz the traffic is heavy. I'm getting a strong desire to leave the game. I apologize to the staff of ADMs, but the inability to deal with the problem of bots is cheering the owners of these bots and annoying who plays honestly. It even seems that the Staff is colluding with business involving the bots in the game, because nothing be done against them. Everyone knows where the trains of bots is just checking, current methods they are using to identify them should be obsolete and need to find new methods quickly before there is a withdrawal of most players. Some are already moving to Tera, Leage of Legends, WoW. Or the owners of the bots buy hundreds or thousands of NCoins or bot programs are so advanced that they can circumvent their identification methods. Because I do not want to believe that the staff is doing a blind eye or combination with this system that is destroying the fun of honest players.
Restart server Chronos please, full traffic all time.

now NcWest clapping hand coz they are so happy with so many people online and so many bots farming adenas ... they are clapping coz probably 100 players just paid to be transfered to bartz so they wouldnt have any problems with log in coz server empty almost ... oh well give it few days like that and soon as people will be able to log in they will quit ... I really don't understand why there is a limit of 5.5k on these servers ? why on russian servers plays 15k+ and no problems with no lag and here you think putting the limit of 5.5k will lower the lag ? of course it will lowers coz no one plays just bots against bots ... you guys really need to look at this things seriously or at least restart servers more often coz people cant keep transfering from one server to other and in the end just quit ... yeah it does make you money 30$ or what ever it cost to be transfered but its not gonna last for ages people will quit and thats' it ...

Because Innova uses working anti bot and anti **** software to keep most of the cheaters out. Plus their server racks seem to be a lot better with stable connections than NCWest, I never lag on Core (Euro Server) nor do I ever have to fight for hunting areas.
No single server can hold 15k+ players (not even if they are using some lame java emu) because the software itself is unstable after 6300 connections.
NCWest has NEVER been serious about Lineage 2, they only care about NCoin purchases.
As I already stated restarting the server will do NOTHING to help, bots will log in before players no matter how hard you try to beat them. :P
You all need to submit tickets to Ncsoft Support. They do not read the forums.

Innova also seems to have more pull with NC Korea when it comes to the game client, they have made more modifications to it than the NCWest version. They also get to have some custom things done, like the recent Weddings and the upcoming Core Battle Tournament system coming in March (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kbvw-dJre1w)

Like I am worried about something like that since I've received infractions and even got my forums account blocked for a month... so moderators and their power trips do not bother me anymore.

2. The Innova is a different company their Lineage 2 client isn't maximally official, even if they hold the rights too. So they freely can modify there client and they did it, what I guess was bad idea.

4. so when the Naia light I have 0 lag here, often 0 lag when it is heavy also, while often at the Innova I had bigger lag, while im from Europe.

Nice preching to defend NCWest, but the fact is Innova does a much better job at running their L2 servers. NCWest is just a failure of a company.
NCWest will never get rid of the bots, and if playing on an authorized L2 server with less players is fine by me. I would rather play on a server with 1000 to 2000 real players (even with boxes) than play here where 60% of the population is bots and quadruple boxes. :D
I am having more fun on Core now than I have in the past 2 years playing on these servers. Community is nicer, getting a mentor is super easy as is getting into raid groups and I love being able to do quests and dailies and not have to fight with bots for mobs.
And unlike here I have even bought stuff from Innova's L2Store, something I will never do here. :)

I guess this went on all weekend even though the creme's stopped dropping. I guess NCSoft tried to atleast make the RMT's logout.
Then everyone cried about not being able to farm them. You just can't win heh.
I managed to get in after many, many, attempts. So it's not all bad I suppose.
It sucks I had to waste alot of time trying but whatever. The sign of a healthy game they say? We will see. I hope so since I spent some cash on it :P

No, this wasn't a defense about the NCwest. I just told my experience.
It is clear fact, that while by my experience from 2008-2011 the NCwest had a good anti cheat action wave. Mostly after 2012 spring we can't really detect, that they make real action against the cheaters.
I also see, that this Destiny Pack is a very good deal now, to buy it, but if the servers are full and u get DC, you can loose a lots of time while login or in worst time you loose your spot too under this time.
Illegal farmers and cheaters are exist in every game on every server, on the Innova servers too.
Even, the Innova hasn't so huge bot problem, but the another part of the management much weaker as at the NCwest, enough read their forum for this.
If you search a good community you can find on every server, but how the most of Innova forum user acts, it is mostly often like the "racism".
At the Innova RU where the servers are more crowded, than the Core, these kind of laggs, what we have sometimes at the NCwest exist there too.
So, I hope, that in 2013 they will focus more work, to increase the gameplay on the servers and first of all the customers who pay too for the game can enjoy maximally the product, what they bought.
Yes, sometimes hard to believe in it, that they will do something, if they just made half successful actions through the 9 years.
But maybe in this year will happen something.
