I've already used once in the past the Subclass Change Certificate to change my subclass... can i used again to change the same subclass ??

and if i can.. i wanna change it to hawkeye but i have second sub already hawkeye lower lvl.. is that problem? i must delete my second sub first?

It used to be possible (most old players used them to swap subs around). If the item is exactly the same, there's a high probability you can do it.

Another question about the item .. If I want to change my kamael sub, for healer .. Does this item allow that ? Is there a possibility that this can be possible ?

Nope. You can't change nor reawaken your Kamael into non-Kamael classes.

It is still possible to buy the certificate? I have tried but am not finding anywhere

No, they don't. They only change your diversified Awakened class within your archetype.
