Wondering if the order you SA R-Grade items matters I was Health+DMG UP on my Dualswords and want to put Health first since a blue crystal is 1m and a green is 10m to save that 9m.
it doesnt matter, your double special ability basically replace the normal special ability
if you use green, you can only use yellow/teal. if you use blue, you can only use purple/teal. for your desired 2nd sa, teal is available with both
Make sure to change your SA at Ishuma instead of Mammon. A few weapons like Ron's Dual Blunts will only show up with one option for your second SA at Mammon, which appears to be a bug.
