EDIT: So, when I searched for the blood panther's name... I actually found a review. He doesn't list specific skills, but he says the Blood Panther is weak. It doesn't debuff your pdef, it crits for 5k at 99.

The Panther has two skills. An AOE physical silence and a stun rush. Both have very low skill power and lengthy reuse. Along with having low P.attk, this servitor has little damage capability and is more useful for its occasional debuffs than anything else.

Sorry Siroga, as I said I found a review written in Korean. My translations skills are only slightly better than Google Translate. I simply repeated what I had found, and he doesn't mention what the cat is hitting for 5k. I imagine he's talking about the new mobs in the 99+ hunting grounds, but no way to confirm.
till now, what i figured out about the tank classes, has more to do about what they give to the pt, like more p atk, m atk, p def, m def, the cubics.... etc... panter is just a bonus in one of the classes, for what i understood... so i wouldnt be that conserned about the panter not hitting that much... prolly it has other skills (idk what skills or whatever so dont ask)
I saw a pvp video of a Sigel HellKnight yesterday, I'll see if I can find it for you, but don't get your hopes up, the dmg is crap (100-150 normal damage against an archer, 1k crits).
