Hi all! I'm lv38 Scavenger now at server Magmeld. I wanna take the quest to transfer from 1st class to 2nd class but I can't becuz the NPC is underground. I think Gludio is bug. There's no Gate keeper in gludio and also the NPC Head blacksmith Mendio is underground (can't talk to this NPC). Plz help! I need to complete my 2nd class transfer!!!

Yes, sometimes they get bugged, you could try this.
Go and stand right above the npc's head.
Ingame click in chat window type: /target Mendio
Then when targeted type again in chat: /target Mendio
I think it will work since he is very close near your location.
We had the same thing in cruma tower, but those days he was more then 10m away from our location. So the npc window never appeared.
