Need GM help - Turtle Ascetic bug - Magmeld Server

Hi, I need Gm help
Today i went Teredor and inside the dungeon i used my turtle ascetic summon necklace to buff my pt and me (there was no mob close) but the turtle didn't appear (so it wasn't possible to be dead). After I leave Tereder I try to change to subclass but it was not possible. The system message says that I had a pet summoned. So i click the unsummon pet button on my skill bar i saw a message saying that dead pets cannot be returned to their summoning item. I reloged 3 times but the problem is still there.
I cant change to subclass because the system says that i have a pet summoned, cant ress this pet because i cant see it or it's status bar. I cant summon another pet because it says that i cant summon multiple pets at the same time.
I need Gm help. Char fozie, server Magmeld.
Sorry about my bad english
