Situation with bots is out of control .
IP banning of chinese was probably a marketing trick but it's also logical that you are not able to ban bots .
When you ban 1 account another 2 are created .
Since you can't do that, bring back the old PK system so people can take care of them also.
The old PK system is that: old, pre-GoD, no longer valid for the current gameplay. The current PK system is here to cater the new players who bring in money for the server. Besides, if you want to go on a PK spree just grab one of the cursed swords or keep your PK count below 5 by doing the sin eater quest, trade in Fame, or pay for a PK scroll. NCWest will not go back to the old PK system, but they will change it again once someone finds a way to use it in an unfair advantage. You will have to accept that bots are here until they have no viable use in the game.
it was better back in the day, like beta time, when u had some idiot in a dungeon ****** everyone who went in, building up his karma... and someone strong would have to come to finish him off and he drop loads of goodies he is wearing,

but how about an event that ppl can pk other ppl and get red, plus a bonus 8%exp while killing mobs for e.x. 5 min same lvl chars,diffrent clans,clans with wars and clan lvl 9 or above no drops from char for begin.

with old pk system, we can kill what we supose to be ppl using 3rd software.
i made a char lvl 87 to kill those ppl and i made 35 pk in row, i got 500k karma and penality lvl 7, that decrese my M.defe and P.defe by 95%, now i cant remove karma and also kill more ppl, becouse that penality.

ofc , this is made for stop people from PK other players , but is even a bonus for bots who will now become "untouchable" , the best way for kill them now is creating a feoh wizard and make them die with death breath , sadly , 90% of the bots are iss enchanters or have iss enchanters on their back , but with some luck you can kill them ;)
